My boss and I split the half chicken, beans and rice, and we also got to taco plate and tried one of every flavor taco (except the bean one!) to also share.

She led me back to the table with my friends and created some small talk on the way, so that was a nice change of pace, considering many people just point you on your way. We were seated near the back which seemed to be somewhat like an open kitchen feel, which I actually thought was pretty cool. Our waitress was very fast and helpful with picking out our foods based on our likes. Once the food came out, everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals, including myself. We started the table off with the biscuits and fried green tomatoes (demolished!). I kept it simple with the chicken and waffles (delicioius and crispy), which was a HUGE helping (yum!). Others at my table enjoyed the the shrimp and grits and WB chicken sandwich. No complaints heard from them! Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance, the food, the service, and the experience I had for my first time there. Would come back again for dinner to see if there is a difference.

From the moment I walked in, Alex set the tone with his professionalism, positivity, and genuine care for every customer who came through the door. Alex and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. You can tell he leads with pride and creates an environment where exceptional service is the standard. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit truly memorable. The entire team followed his lead--efficient, welcoming, and truly top-notch. It's rare to find a manager who makes such a noticeable impact, but Alex absolutely does. I can't say enough good things about this location. If you want great food paired with even better service, make sure to stop by this Bojangles. With Alex at the helm, you're guaranteed an exceptional experience.

That was already disappointing, but what made it worse was when I went inside afterward and saw those exact same items being served to customers at the counter. It felt like the drive-thru customers were just being brushed off instead of getting accurate information. If items are actually unavailable, that's understandable -- but don't tell people something isn't available when it clearly is. It's confusing and wastes people's time. Customer service and consistency really need improvement here. If you're going to run a drive-thru, at least make sure the information you're giving customers is accurate.

All smiles and eager to help, my kind of customer service! We were seated shortly after arrival, with no reservation, so that was nice! We dined in for Sunday brunch, nice sized crowd & the football games were on the TVs. Our server, Kevin, was so sweet and attentive. For the table: Fried catfish - amazing! Not too greasy, cooked perfectly and battered/seasoned well. Kevin confirmed that the fish is cooked in separate oil, win for me when I'm eating pescatarian. Waffle - delicious! Personally, I don't like my waffles crunchy so happy to report theirs were soft and fluffy! They add cinnamon to their batter which is a nice touch. Grits - both the cheese and regular were enjoyed! Cornbread - solid! A nice helping of butter served on top. Margarita - also solid! My only "pain point" would be that the building could use an update inside but clean nonetheless.

Super busy, inside the door was being held open since there was just people coming in and out. Had to get on a waitlist and that took an 45 to an hour to be seated. Once seated, the server wasn't anywhere to be found until 15 minutes after. I'm sure it was extremely backed up. But then the order didn't come after an hour. At that time, I didn't feel as hungry anymore so maybe I'll come back on a slower day. The food was decent but the sides were all pretty sodium loaded and the chicken was pretty greasy. The ambiance was and the hostesses were helpful. I would recommend to go on a slower day at least once if you haven't tried this place. Everything costs $60+, In my opinion the dishes are a bit overpriced. If you're watching out for your calories with this one then just forget it!

However, upon ordering, the lady behind the cash register was not the best at customer service. She was not completely helpful with the menu and seemed more intent to charge us more for the meals. The chicken sandwiches only come with a choice of fries as a side. If you want to switch fries for another side, it is an additional charge. We also ordered a 10 piece tender deal which cost approximately $12, no drinks or sides. To add a drink, it's $2.49, and to add a small sized side, it's another charge. All the charges are fine, we just thought it'd be worth more or more food for the price. The 10 piece tenders came with small sized tenders. Which was not enough to be split between 3 people. The chicken sandwich was a much better deal and more filling. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, which is actually two buns with cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, and two tenders. It came with a decent side of fries and the sandwich tasted delicious. But it's spicy, which I love so if you're not a fan of spice then go with the traditional chicken sandwich. The sandwich meal also comes with a drink. On the side, there are sauces. They have a sauce which is similar to cane sauce from raising cane. However, the sauce is a bit more bland than cane sauce but still delicious! Then they have the same sauce in spicy. So they have spicy and mild. They also have their own BBQ sauce and ranch as an option. Overall, the food was good. Pricing and customer service can be improved some. Still recommend!

The BBQ chicken wings, while fried correctly, weren't dressed in sauce, but rather it was just dumped on the top. It completely overpowered the wings. Most sides sitting out looked old, which is weird since its only 11:20. My man got a chipotle chicken wrap and he at least enjoyed his food. It was $20.42 with two drinks. Probably wouldn't return here. The food court here is the WORST.

We stopped in and were warmly greeted (by a kind lady with an amazing accent) and seated right away in this very clean restaurant. Everything on the menu looked so good we ended up ordering quite a few things to try. The Beef Patty had an amazing flaky crust and the perfect amount of spice. The Collard Greens deserve an award they are so good and the plantains were excellent. The Curry Chicken Roti Wrap is delish and huge, you could feed two people easily with it. The Jerk Chicken was well seasoned and tender. We did also try the Coco bread which had the texture of the softest cloud you ever felt. Our server provided excellent service and he was super patient with all our questions. My only disappointment was that I was too full to try more things!

I came here for the chicken and I was not disappointed. Depending on the sides, the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Half can be a lot of food for a single person. I chose the Rice & Peas and the Collard Greens. My waiter mentioned the Rice & Peas is what is pictured on the menu. Although mentioned on the menu, he also warned the Collard Greens were made with pork. The peas looked and tasted like beans than the typical small green ones. The Collard Greens may be cooked with pork, but not served with pork bits. I made the mistake of tasting the sides first. Eventually, I made my way to the chicken. The chicken was enjoyable without the jerk sauce. The restaurant sells bottled and house ginger beer; I chose the latter. The house blend was strong yet sweet taste. It complimented the chicken well.
