The guy working the window was rude. Cut me off while I was still talking, and when I went to the window to pay didn't even look my way. The burgers were cold and had clearly been made ahead of time and just sitting out for them to grab premade burgers. Was given a fork and no straw with my frosty. read more

Love the food, but I avoid this location at all costs. I don't think the franchise owner cares about the slow, apathetic service (although, some of the staff are great) or the untenably long lines. More than half the time the dining room is closed - apparently, because they can't keep staff. The drive-thru is the slowest drive-thru I have ever used ... at any restaurant, anywhere. If you want Wendy's food and are in a hurry, it would be faster to drive to either the Keller or Roanoke location!!! I've called the store - no response / I've filled out an online complaint - no response and have called corporate (we'll see if I get a response this time). They (HQ) need to find an owner who is concerned about customer service and employee retention or take it over themselves. read more

Good consistent Wendy's quality with good service. Their soda machine is really good for the basic selections plus add-one. I usually do the drive-thru but sometimes I go in. When I go in, the service has always been prompt and friendly. The restaurant is clean and very consistent with other locations. I go for the double stack burger and sometimes a small chili for lunch after a workout and something to keep me from going crazy when I shop at Kroger's next door. This location went from hit or miss to hot mess. Went through the drive through today and had cold, stale tasting fries and shriveled spicy nuggets and a cold burger served to us. We pulled immediately into the parking lot and went inside to return the low quality food for a refund. The manager tried to argue with me that the food wasn't cold and it was "perfectly fine," and he disappeared with the food for a bit before returning and asking if they could "make it fresh." I declined politely and was given 99% of a refund. I'd like to add that there was an entire full fry basket visible from the counter; obviously fries they had precooked in anticipation of a busy service and were serving them even though they had been sitting out. The nuggets were cold and shriveled, as if they had been overcooked and left out. I would not recommend this location. Had a similar experience last week where my spicy chicken sandwich had a shriveled/overcooked tough chicken patty comparable to a leather shoe that was literally drenched in Mayo. The lettuce and tomato were hot like it had been microwaved. The fries were over salted and soggy. Worst Wendy's ever. read more

I came here today for quick lunch with my friends and we went through the drive through. James took care of us and is the whole reason for this review. He was absolutely Amazing. He was so hospitable and friendly and even told us some jokes while we waited on our food. He was so entertaining and we will definitely be back to see him again and enjoy a nice tropical lemonade. read more

So that you don't think I only go to fancy places... Wendy's was on the menu because of the coupons that were delivered yesterday. All take out with a discount of almost $7.00 was only 12.97. Ate it all, it was delicious. It's always consitently good cooking at this Wendy's. My only suggestion to Cindy Lynch General Manager and to the District Manager Pam Rogers is to change the notice form. Change to read: Please call ... with any suggestions, or e-mail ... NO need to solicit COMPLAINTS at this restaurant. read more

What a clean restaurant with food like you would expect for Wendy's. The staff is always cleaning and it shows. I hate how they smoke right by the door though, you'd think the manager would make them walk a few feet to the grassy perimeter. The freestyle machine is downright exciting and we have been coming here more often because of it. I know it's a fast food joint and you shouldn't expect too much. However, I do expect employees to have some minimal standard of hygiene. If you're going to be preparing food your hands better be clean. The guy who rang up my order had the dirtiest nails I've ever seen. There was literally dirt under every single nail. The cashier, Duane, just called me over and then proceeded to ignore me for five minutes while he filled other orders slowly. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. Came back again hoping to have a better experience since my last review. Just like before, it was a stack house. 11 people waiting in line inside with one person working the register. Terrible throughput....again. It took forever, just like before. Both the drive through and inside lines were long. Management needs to get these people some help. read more

The food was cold and tasted so off. We waited 20 minutes for 4 chicken nuggets and a frosty. The frosty tasted sour and out of date. The dipping sauces were out of date and the dinning room was so dated and unclean. They were more worried about the drive thru than the dinning in users. Hated it and would never recommend to anyone. Had the new breakfast at Wendy's. It was great. The sausage biscuit and biscuits and gravy were awesome. Definitely worth trying.

Wendy's changed their salad mix. They used to have a great salad I ate at this store 4 to five times a week. Monday they changed their side salad to yellowed iceberg lettuce with chopped tomatoes. This was a major step down from mixed greens and whole cherry tomatoes . The staff is great and it was a company decision. I will take my business to another establishment that respects quality. I asked if I could pay more to get the good salad, but it was no longer an option. I will miss my friends at Wendy's read more

don't have any issues with this wendy's and that's find by me for a fast food establishment. it's a fairly clean wendy's and service seemed to be pretty good. they have the cool new coke drink machines but it seems like when there is a rush, the beverage line can back up. there was a slightly late lunch rush and there were a few people waiting in line for the beverage machine. no issue with parking since it's in a large shopping complex. i did witness who i believed to be the manager come out to the eating area and greet who i'm guessing was a regular customer (a very old couple) and chat for a quick second. was a nice little interaction there. again, just no real complaints about this fast food location and thats really all i expect from places like this. read more

Never again. This place doesn't even deserve ONE star but I had to in order to write a review. I ordered 10 plain Jr burgers and they came with everything on them. I took them back and Jamie argued with me repeatedly telling me that I didn't order them plain. After a confrontation he remade them. So incredibly rude! Wendy's should have a new front end guy. My mother in laws grilled chicken sandwich wasn't cooked through but we didn't want more problems with that guy. So keep on going if you are hungry! There's a ton of other places to eat!!
