Would I normally rate a fast food chain 5 stars? No. But I for some reason had the best experience here tonight. I mean, Chick-fil-A is always good, but it also hits different after coming off a flight and being so hungry. I love the grilled chicken club with Chick-fil-A sauce, as well as the nuggets. The shakes always hit the spot too! Ok, and probably the real reason that I rate it a full 5 stars is because they slightly misunderstood our order (yes, still rating 5 stars, haha), and when I told them, they went above and beyond to correct it for us. Not only did they provide a refund and correct the problem, but they gave us a free shake as well! The staff was so kind to me. I really enjoy going to this establishment for breakfast, the customer service is what I'd expect it to be. The young lady at the window, she always has a smile on her face and always greets you with a good morning. Like Whataburger, I wish I was able to get a salad in the morning. I'd like to take it home and have it later in the day, but hey, that's so minimal. I'll tell you, that mac n' cheese, is so good. Sometimes, I'll go just for that and a Kale salad. Yum! This Chick-fil-A location does not have good customer service or service. I asked if everything was in bag when I picked up my call in order through the drive-thru. I drove all the way home just to find out the employees forgot a whole sandwich! Then I opened bag where I seen the fries and the bottom and the fries are halfway filled! Fries were not fresh at all! This location always has great service. Staff are friendly and never make you wait excessive amounts of time. But I'm disappointed because I went in and tried the honey pepper pimiento sandwich and so little pimiento spread was added that I could barely taste it. The menu shows a sandwich with considerably more than I received. This is misleading because I'm paying $2 more than I would for a regular sandwich and not even receiving $1 worth of pimiento cheese spread. Don't skimp on your customers, Chick-Fil-A. I work hard for my money, too. I did speak with a kind employee and she made sure things were corrected, however. She promptly comped my whole order even though I said she didn't need to. read more

Cathy the manager is absolutely incredible!! I ordered catering from this restaurant for my daughter's birthday party and Cathy made sure I was well taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She called to check in twice before the party and ensured we had enough food and all the right selections. She delivered the order and was so kind to my kids. Every single visit, EVERY SINGLE VISIT, this location messes up my order. What is so hard to understand about a chicken biscuit with egg, NO CHEESE? Why is it so hard to read? I have spent hundreds of dollars at this chick fil a and about 95% of the time MY food is messed up. No anyone else's in my order, MINE! I am going to leave a review on every platform I can every single day until I feel my problem has actually been solved. Can't talk to a manager because the phone just goes to voicemail over and over again. They tell me to come back to fix the issue. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! That is the issue! I always have issues with this CFA... a couple of weeks ago I ordered a salad they forgot to include my dressing. Today I got breakfast and they gave me grape jelly instead of strawberry. Last week I asked for American cheese on my biscuit paid extra for it and they forgot to add it to my biscuit. Long story short, always check your order before you leave. Especially if you preorder in the app because they offer no way to fix the order. read more

We got a new, more convenient Chick-Fil-A! My toddler loves them so much that he points every time we drive by and opens the app on my phone on Sundays. You already know what they make here. You already know the customer service is stellar. My only suggestion would be that they put some kid's adhesive placemats with the napkins like other locations. This one pairs them with high chairs and I had to take one off a high chair because my little big boy refuses to sit in high chairs now, but he can still use a placemat. read more

If todays first time experience at this location is what I can look forward too for future visits I'll just go somewhere else. Placed a mobile breakfast order before 10:30am so I could use up my reward only being offered this week. Drove up in their long drive thru line and waited forever. Confirmed I had a mobile order twice with 2 different cashiers. Proceeded up to the food pickup and 3 people standing there saying they ran out of breakfast so they offered to replace with lunch options. Okay, that was fine but they refunded my old order and charged me full price for my new order. Today was the last day to use my freebie reward so why didn't I get the swap for free? Customer service is not the issue here, it's the way it was handled I don't agree with. Another 10 min sitting in line and finally got my new order. I probably waited 30 min in the drive thru line which is not acceptable. Was really wanting breakfast and left with lunch. If you can't fulfill a mobile breakfast order then don't allow it to be ordered before 10:30! Stop it at 10am just saying. read more

Great Dine-in experience. This place is HUGE inside. Totally not what I expected from outside. Very clean and spacious. Staff was kind and fast. I always eat at Chicfila , never at this location. On Saturday 5th of February I had a flat tire . I called AAA upon waiting for triple A to arrive . The supervisor came out and introduced herself to me as Gina. She was very kind and said she was sorry for being stranded, she asked if I was ok. She even went as far as inviting me in the restaurant to keep warm, she even asked if I was hungry that she would buy lunch on her. This is a great location. I think they have gotten better since they first opened. Nice customer service and food!
