Great salads for under $7.00? Unheard of in this day and age. My new favorite fast food

Delicious salad and prices are so low for freshness of all the salads I have tried so far. The basil tea is also very delicious.

New location is struggling with logistics of mobile pick up. Long wait times for food ordered 45 minutes in advance.

I really enjoy the cucumber mint lemonade on a hot Texas day.

Daniela and I believe his name was josque or something like that. They were amazing. They gave great recommendations on what to get. I tried the chicken tortillas soup and it was so flavorful had a tiny kick but very delicious. I will try the tomato soup next time. Can wait to till all the different ways I can have a salad or wrap. Oh I almost forgot the mango lemonade was so refreshing. I wish they would sell it by the gallons.

I like Salata overall, and I'll give this place another try. I was just a bit frustrated with my…read morepickup order today. It's been awhile since I've ordered online and I didn't know Salata had an online order pickup area now. So I go in and sit at a nearby booth expecting the currently-empty pickup area to have my order put in it shortly. It was lunch rush, and they were hopping, so I expected a bit of a wait. After my 13 minute pickup window comes and goes, I decide to stand near the shelves looking purposeful in case I can get someone's attention. When I do so, an employee calls out asking if I have a pickup. Turns out my order had been waiting at the register end of their very long assembly line for who knows how long. How was I supposed to know? Why have an online order area if you're not going to use it? It felt like I had to a regular to know this magical info. Salata - My suggestion would be to fill in your online order shelving with something else useful and stick an "Online Pickup" ceiling sign over the registers so people know where to go. (haven't had my food yet, it's for dinner. At least they put the dressing on the side like I asked! Hoping it's yummy)

HIDDEN GEM ALERT!! Oh...my....god....this place is AWESOME. I'm almost nervous to leave this review…read morebecause I don't want it to become over busy and lose its authentic charm. It's located in a tiny market in a very unassuming party of town - but make no mistake - nestled between barber shops and low income housing is arguably the best Thai food I've had in DFW The flavor was so deep and rich. Melt in your mouth flavor for the pork ribs and sausage. The vermicelli curry was phenomenal and the Thai papaya salad was super fresh and delicious. Spring rolls on point and the service was so friendly. Beef larb was very authentic tasting. The guy who took our order was awesome. And to top it all off? Great prices and tons of ACTUAL Asian people eating there. That's how you know it's good!

My husband and I stopped at Luang Prabang Market before our flight home, and wow, this place is a…read moretrue hidden gem. It's tucked away and attached to a small Lao grocery store, which honestly made it feel even more authentic. The moment we walked in, it felt like we were about to get a home-cooked meal. We ordered the organ soup with sticky rice, beef lahp, and nam khao, and everything was absolutely delicious. The broth in the organ soup was rich, clean, and deeply flavorful, exactly how it's supposed to taste. The sticky rice came out warm and perfectly chewy. The beef lahp was bright and herbaceous with the right amount of spice and lime, super fresh, and tasted just like what we've had in Laos/at family gatherings. And the nam khao was crispy, tangy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they don't cut corners on ingredients here. What I appreciated most is the authenticity. A lot of other reviewers mentioned that this is one of the few places in Texas where the food tastes "just like home," and I completely agree. Multiple people also mentioned the friendly staff and how the market side carries essentials and hard-to-find Lao/Thai items. We felt the same way, everyone was kind, and the grocery section is a nice bonus for anyone looking for snacks or specialty ingredients. Portions were solid, prices were fair, and the quality was amazing. This is exactly the kind of spot you hope to find when traveling. If you want real Lao food, skip the trendy places and come here instead. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Texas. Highly, highly recommend.
