I had an amazing experience at Luna Grill! The food was absolutely delicious--everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. You can really tell they care about quality ingredients and consistency. But what really made my visit standout was the service. I knew nothing of Mediterranean cuisine, and the lovely Karla helped me out and explained throughly their menu. She was able to suggest the most delicious dish- the chicken kabob plate. It is simple and on the safer side for a newbie like me. I am excited to come back again and try other things!! read more

I ordered delivery to my hotel room as I was on a business trip. I ordered the chicken kabob with hummus and garden salad. Maybe I didn't eat it at the restaurant so it seemed the food is not hot. The hummus is great and flavorful but the pita bread seems like it's from the store. The garlic sauce is good though. It's a relatively healthy meal selection when I stay close to the airport. read more

Best gyro in the area! Still a little pricy, $13 and no sides included, the sandwich is big enough where you don't need a side. (A little under 4 dollars for fries if you want, which is crazy to me). read more

Had a great dinner with my family tonight. The staff was attentive and made sure we were taken care of

Food was delicious! The ladies at the front counter where very nice and helped me with the menu.

It's been a long time since I have eaten at a Luna Grill and this one is certainly a lot nicer than I remember the previous location I visited. The ambiance here is enhanced with the natural woods, marble, and steel accents. It comes together in a bit of a classy way. This is an order at the counter and then have a seat place. The gentleman working the counter was professional and friendly. The kitchen staff was pretty efficient as well, as my freshly grilled Chicken kabobs and fresh French Fries were brought to my table in no time! In thinking about what to say about the food, probably one of the most authentic things to say is the first thought that came to my mind when I took my first bite...I need to work this place into my restaurant rotation! read more

Always been a huge fan of Luna grill. Visited this location today. Staff seemed friendly, the place was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and my food quality was pretty good. I got their plate with shrimp, rice, taziki white sauce, and their famous house salad which was pretty good. I will definitely be back in the future. read more

Great service from team members Elsy and Heath. Store manager Pete took great care of us and chatted about our meal selection, giving out wonderful suggestions on what to choose. So many options too, so we chose one meal and it was plentiful for two, great choice with an abundance for us both! Highly recommend without heavy spices. We choice a lamb beef combo to share, with fries and pita bread and a light viginette salad. If it was a meal for one I would take home to enjoy later, it would have been quite plentiful as a portion. Great service and good, highly recommend. read more

Had a great first visit to Luna Grill! Elsy was incredibly helpful in walking us through the menu and making recommendations, which made ordering easy--especially with so many healthy options to choose from. We decided to dine in, and the experience was just as good as the food. Elsy checked in throughout our meal and suggested a shareable, which was a great call. The hummus, pita, and bowl were absolutely delicious--everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend downloading their app too--there are great rewards available. Definitely coming back! read more

Half my rice was undercooked / hard. Meat was dry. Staff was kind. Online menu does not match restaurant menu.

LOVED my experience here recently. I was not a big Luna Grill fan until I went to their Southlake, Tx location. It's all about location in Real Estate and the same goes for chain restaurants!! Yolanisa Sam, my cashier and server, was amazing and so were her recommendations! i am a huge French fry fanatic and their fry's were better then almost any fancy restaurant in Dallas! my husband and I really enjoyed their Macro protein bowls as well! He loved everything which is saying a lot since we're both picky! thank you Yolanisa and Lunda Grill. we will be back! read more

Bad bad customer service ! Not a great experience, the lady at the cashier was tired or she doesn't like what she doing she need to get another job seriously, I love the food I visit many Luna Grill around the country but this one has the worst customer service! We just turned around and search for another Luna Grill near the area. Right there about to order and immediately get that bad customer service! read more

Cheese pitas and French fries and my grandson had kids chicken kabob ands fries. I had the meat kabob plate which was tender ands seasoned so well. We had a wonderful experience. Love this place. We live closer to the location in Presidio (which is also good), but that location can be crazy busier, hammered hard compared to this one, which is a lot more relaxed and comfortable. The food is not only exceptionally good, but (considering) a very good value. A little too busy to leave a wordy review, just super good. read more

The food is excellent, healthy. The restaurant is always clean. Restaurant is a safe place for me during my mid day breaks. The customer service is the best lunch spot in Southlake, Tx. Why is the Restaurant Great? Because of Heath. Because of Jen. Because of Lupita. Because of Faith. Everyone there mentioned has earned the right to be GM. Heath earned the right to be DM. Mr. Paul needs to be RM and has earned the right. Best Luna Grill USA. I'm a customer, I am a close student of The Way to Run. Restaurant, I'm a Third Party Co-Worker. I'm a Huge Fan! read more
