We ended up at Moxies on a whim. It seemed like the most popular place around and had a great big patio area. We snagged a spot outdoors and overall enjoyed our experience. Lychee martini and Moscow mule to start, then some sushi and steak. Honestly everything on the menu looked good, I must have been hungry. When my steak came out, they asked me to cut into it in front of them. I thought that was strange, only to see it was nearly raw... so this must be common? I said it was fine but they pressured me to send it back. That was odd. It took quite a while to a new one to come out. It definitely diminished the vibe of the night to have to wait for the entree to be redone, but I appreciate them making it right. Decor and vibe was nice, I'd come back again sometime!

Came here for the first time and got their steak bites and calamari for appetizers which were amazing! The quality of their food was so good. Our server Haley was extremely kind and hospitable. Would love to come back again!

Hubby & I went out for our Valentine's Dinner Friday night. I made reservations which was good as there were people waiting. We were seated in about 5 min. Inside is dim and nice atmosphere. Our server was great, made good suggestions and explained menu. We started with hot crab dip which was tasty. I had the rose sangria and hubby got a margarita. Good drinks. I got the pasta dip and hubby got tacos. Everything was tasty.

Moxies is located in such a great spot! I love the "feel" of this restaurant. It is so upbeat and all of the staff is friendly. The menu was amazing...none of the typical items that you see repeated on most restaurant menus. I had the Chipotle Mango Chicken, Key Lime Pie and a Margarita. The portion sizes were huge which made the price worth it! I would definitely recommend Moxies for a fun night out.

I attended Moxies for a graduation dinner and the service was excellent. Our server did a great job keeping track of our large table and delivering drinks and food promptly. I loved the decor and ambiance. The restaurant has two sides: an elevated sports bar and a formal sit-down area. The dinner menu is available on both sides. We sat on the sports bar side, and even though it was a bit crowded, we were still able to have conversations and enjoy our meals. I ordered the chicken pasta and my mom had the baby back ribs. Others at the table chose the chicken adobo quinoa bowl, which quickly became a table favorite. I loved my pasta and the portion was huge. I will definitely be back to Moxies!

Moxie's was hands down one of the food highlights of our Texas vacation! The place was clean and welcoming. We sat at the bar and service was great! The food was absolutely amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection. It was tender, flavorful, and exactly how you'd hope it would be. And the fries? Truly to die for....they were crispy, seasoned just right, and completely addictive and these were just the plain fries. We were in Texas for a total of five days, and that's how good Moxies was...we ate there twice. That alone says everything. Consistently great food, satisfying portions, and flavors that kept us coming back for more. If you're in the area and looking for a place that delivers an unforgettable meal, Moxie's is a must-visit. We'll definitely be thinking about this place long after the vacation ended.

First time at this location. Usually visit the downtown Dallas location. Great as always. Location is great and close to lots of stores if you want to walk around Southlake Town Square. Patio is nice and they have lots of TVs if you want to watch sports. Staff were super friendly and engaging. Brunch was nice. Eggs Benedict was great. Saw several burgers that looked good.

TLDR: Satisfactory quick bite after a good amount of shopping. "Jack of many food types, master of none" type of vibe for the food Saturday night and only had a 15 minute wait. So, went and checked out a couple of shops to pass the time. Came back and got a seat on the patio. Ordered steak bites as an appetizer and miso Ramen with pork belly as my main while ordering chicken and rice and vegetables for my little guy. The food quality was decent and the service was ok. The location and patio were more memorable than the food.

We're celebrating Amy's "17th again" birthday tonight Moxie's Southlake is the perfect spot She loves the Mile High ice cream cake, and the Surf & Turf was cooked to absolute perfection. Atmosphere is magical. The service was outstanding--special thanks to Benjamin and his team for making the evening even more memorable. What a wonderful birthday night! Best wishes to Amy--may many great things come her way in the year ahead

Returned and would love to report absolutely everything from the hostess greeting & hospitality to the server attention to every detail and the food were all perfect, times well and exceeded expectations. The filet was surprisingly excellent. Our server Samantha is excellent! And Kai at the host stand was wonderful.

A great place to eat. Nice atmosphere, excellent service. Good options on the menu. I got the mushroom zen bowl. Good flavor profile with many great ingredients. I wish it had a bit less sauce. It started to get overwhelming towards the end. A group of us all enjoyed the dishes we got. The place was packed on a weekday night. It can be hard to have longer conversation due to it's too noisy.

Stopped by with a small appetite, which was perfect because their appetizer selection was right up my alley. Had some calamari, potstickers and steak bites. All the accompanying sauces were delicious, the mango salsa with the potstickers was far better than I expected and so fresh. The steak bites were perfectly cooked, pink in the middle. Left full and with a few steak bites left to take home. Fantastic. Our waitress Brittney was a delight.

I had a lovely birthday dinner with some friends this evening in Southlake. We ordered the cashew chicken, lettuce wraps. I ordered a salad with salmon, my friend ordered a salmon my other guest ordered a mahi-mahi. We could not talking about how delicious everything was. To top things off, I was presented with a stunning ice cream cake that was divine. Also, our waitress Julia was so wonderful, professional, and had a great sense of humor. I've been to this Moxie's multiple times and the experience is always elevated, delightfully delicious, with swanky vibes. Always happy to return. Thank you so much, Moxies's!

We ordered a variety of dishes including dahi poori, vegetable pakora, paneer chili, gobi Manchurian, veg chili momo, paneer tikka masala, malai kofta, chow mein, and a naan bread basket. The appetizers were better than the North Indian dishes. The paneer tikka masala and malai kofta were on the sweeter side despite us ordering them medium spicy. The kofta balls were also on the smaller side, and the paneer tikka masala had very few pieces of paneer. The chow mein was the star of the meal. It was flavorful and definitely my favorite dish. For the pakora, they only gave a small amount of green chutney, so we had to ask for more along with some tamarind chutney. There's parking behind the restaurant, which was convenient. If you're in the mood for chaat or North Indian food, I would probably choose a different restaurant.

After noon, you can expect the crowd to significantly increase and it will become busy. We ran into that, towards the end of our visit. With the increase in traffic, it was nice to be tended by more than one waiter. I didn't think about it then, but I would have loved to tip the second person, as well. When going to Postino's, I always try to get something new and they never fail to impress. Drink: The Mockingbird (Mocktail) - bright pineapple, a touch of Italian orange, and toasted almond bitters. This was very good and is something I'd get again. The Board: Brie, Apple & Fig Spread - this is a repeat for me, I absolutely love it. The apples are always fresh, crisp, and juicy. This is so perfect! Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone - another repeat, I can't go to Postino's without having this on my board. Mushroom & Mascarpone - If you're a lover of mushrooms, you'll enjoy these little bites. I did notice, we did not get the green onions this time around and I was okay with that. They were removed, due to the current outbreak. Great thinking, Postino's! Salami & Pesto - This always closes the board for me, I love this combination. Although, I will add, I think a different type of salami would work best with this combination. West Coaster Panini - (Smoked ham, smashed avocado, arugula, roasted garlic aioli, pickled red onion, Calabrian chili, feta cheese. For my side, I chose the tomato soup, my goodness, was it good. I must say, it is the best tomato soup, I've ever had. It was creamy, packed with flavor, and complimented my panini so well. Also, they add cheese tortellinis to the soup as well. So, good! This was very delicious, the ham stood out and wasn't muted. However, I think I will get another bread next time. I chose the focaccia, it was a bit too much bread for that particular sandwich. I will admit, it doesn't beat their prosciutto and brie panini; that sandwich is divine. Hot Donut Dots - (House made ricotta donut holes with salted butter chocolate, caramel and vanilla glaze dipping sauces.) These are superb and packs a lot in one bite. The cream in the middle is so smooth and full of flavor, but is very heavy. I'm not a cookies and milk person, but this dessert craves a tall glass of milk. They were hot, fresh, and I appreciate the fact that even when fried, they were not swimming in grease. The vanilla dipping sauce was my go-to, of the three sauces. They did well with this dessert, it hit all of the bases. Postino's is a great place to visit with friends, a date, or even as a solo-day/night out. They are one of my top 5 restaurants and I don't see that changing, ever!

My friend had some dietary restrictions and she was quick to ask about them, and make needed modifications without any issue. Extremely kind, and fun to be around, she had some great suggestions for items on the menu. The environment was definitely more relaxed, however, the pace was definitely picking up when we left. As I mentioned we were there right before people seem to be getting out of work, and it seemed like a lot of people are making their way and to enjoy an evening meal or happy hour. We easily got a spot in front, however, if there happens not to be any available, there's lots of parking behind Lush on the opposite side of the road. Moving to Texas a while back, a friend said "never underestimate a restaurant in a strip mall"…read more Craftway Kitchen in Southlake isn't exactly in a strip mall, but in the outlot of a few big box retailers. We've driven past Craftway Kitchen more than a few times, always intrigued with a 'we have to try that place sometime'. Saturday night was sometime. Taking our chances as a party of three walk in's, the restaurant was full inside, and there were a few tables open on the patio. I generally don't like to eat on patios, because flies show up, etc. Not at Craftway... not sure what they were doing, but there wasn't a fly or other flying bug around. The patio wasn't just clean, it was meticulous. Welcoming too - It felt very much like an extension of the restaurant. Alex, our waiter was quick to bring water and menus. Returning to take drink orders, a margarita was ordered as was a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Drinks were quickly served. Water was never allowed to become empty. Alex asked if we had ever been to Craftway, we informed him this was our first visit. His ask "any allergies?" to which we said no. He disappeared, returning with an appetizer sampling plate with three items - the Reuben egg rolls, crab stuffed mushrooms, and blue cheese chips. All were fantastic! Three entrees ordered, the Chicken & Fig sandwich, Chicken Milanese and the Cajun pasta with Chicken. Food arrived; each entree was fantastic. Cooked to perfection, flavors were amazing. Dessert, shared, was a bread pudding with ice cream, a perfect finish. Alex never let beverages become empty, delivered superb service. The Chef circulated the room checking on satisfaction and chatting with patrons. Giving Craftway Kitchen a very well deserved 5-star rating. The staff did everything right! Departing, we talked about what we will order next time. We will be back to Craftway Kitchen!

Most of the starers are mouthwatering, even the unexpected Ruben Eggrolls are a delight. Less daring items like the coconut shrimp are equally good. Without a doubt my go to entree is the Beef Wellington. I remember La Madeleine had an affordable one on their menu in the late nineties, this is reminiscent. I do usually swap out the mashed potatoes for the chopped wedge as side, just seems like the classical steakhouse side for the task. The only thing I would say that is lacking is the wine list, despite being very fairly priced. Their most bespoke bottle of red is the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon (2021), which while amazing for the $99.99 they charged, it was fairly flat, lacking the traditional vanilla perfume you'd expect from a pricey California Cabernet Sauvignon. Also took a bottle of GH Mumm Grand Cordon, which also did not taste as anticipated. I think the most plausible explanation might be heat damage, as both wines are usually well regarded but came up short.

It definitely blows typical bar food out of the water; it's evident that the owners have restaurant and service industry experience because every little detail has been thought of. They even make their sauces in house!! The juicy thick hotdog - could not get enough. The parmesan French fries - devoured. The tasty, cheesy burger rivaled any other gourmet burger joint. The place is a great time for people of all ages. There's plenty of seating. The sports are playing, and they encourage people to socialize, chat, and play games. What's better than cold drinks, great food, and fun times with friends? My friends and I will definitely be back!

They do let you know that there is an automatic 20% tip added to your tab up front, which you can add too if checking out using the link they text you. The special thing is they have a wall where you pick your own beer, cider and wine(?) that you activate with your wristband and are charged per ounce. I love the drink concept because it allows for folks to try a little bit of various options ... which they do have a number of local options on their wall. This is what I would return for, and bring friends to tet before we end up at another activity. Food wise: got a smash burger which came with fries, which if I order it again I'd probably change cheeses and ask for some pepper to season the fries a bit more ... all personal preferences... but was ok for something to eat to off set the two drinks I had while there. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.
