    Chilean sea bass

Incredible food! Incredible service! Came here for a holiday party. Started with a glass of Austin hope cab and instantly became a fan of it. It paired really nicely with the Chilean sea bass. I started with the harvest salad which included fresh Texas pecans. Ended the meal with the bread pudding which was by far my favorite desert at any restaurant. The ice cream from a local shop in Plano paired very nice with the crisp outer of the bread pudding. Would definitely dine here again!

AMAZING FOOD and experience! Went here for our Christmas holiday dinner and it was phenomenal. The service was so good especially for how many people we had. The salmon and sauce was delicious. The boulevard and espresso martini cocktails were great as well. The desserts were to die for-- the bread pudding and their dessert cocktail were unmatched. Warm, cozy ambiance. Highly recommend!!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and the price was fair. Our service gentleman was next level! All the staff and the owner checked in on us a couple times which was appreciated to be sure everything was going well and it was! It's been awhile since we've come and now I'm wondering why we took so long! We should always drive in the Dallas and fort Worth but always dreaded the drive home after a drink or two and all the crazies so is this place is less than two miles from my house will be coming here instead! We need to support our local entrepreneurs anyway so it's a win-win for us as we live in Colleyville. The ambiance is much better than a traditional restaurant that was designed from scratch this was a home that has been remodeled and has a lot of charm. Highly recommend the food is awesome!

Absolutely fantastic gem located in the heart of Colleyville. We came here for our anniversary this year and it did not disappoint. Easy reservations, good communication and a friendly greeting gave it a good start. Excellent service from the bar staff and our server. I had the baked amberjack which was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. My husband had the signature lamb. We shared some amazing truffle Mac. For dessert was a delicious chocolate mousse cake and a huge crumble. Both totally hit the spot. We will definitely be back for more!

The food is amazing - I had the scallops and the pickled chiles added a delicious flavor to the dish. My fiancé had the pork chop, and he loves cherries so the sauce was a favorite of his. The ambiance is unique and classy, and the servers were friendly and professional. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!

Always great experience! I have been at this place many times for dinners and ALWAYS had perfect experience. Delicious food and excellent service. The bartenders (especially Fidel) are very friendly and make great cocktails. In my opinion it is one of the best restaurants in Colleyville-Southlake area.

Wonderful dinner! Came here to celebrate my wife's Birthday. We sat in enclosed air conditioned patio, comfortable at a 90F+ day. Service was excellent, entrees even better and deserts amazing! Best way to describe this place is a relaxed, celebratory place to enjoy a great meal. Prices are stout, but quality and service justify it. Their pastry chef has got it dialed in. They celebrated my wife's bday with bread pudding, which was fantastic and I typically don't go out of my way to order, and we got a few others to try. Pro Tip: save room for deserts, lemon crème brûlée was the bomb!

We came to Stone House Restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband picked the place because he always drove by it on the way to and from work. I have to say I was impressed. I loved how intimate this restaurant is. You are treated with care as soon as you walk through the door. I started my night with The Boulevard cocktail and it was really tasty. For our appetizer we had the crab cakes and these were so amazing! So many flavors in this citrusy delicious combination. For my meal I had the Whiskey Ribeye that comes with mashed potatoes. The ribeye was the most flavorful piece of steak, I have had in a while and it was cooked to perfection. The steak is placed over the mashed potatoes, so they also soak in all that whiskey sweet delicious flavor. My husband also enjoyed his food and drink. He raved about how good the Brussel sprouts were and I will just take his word for it. To end the night they brought us the most delicious bread pudding for our dessert (on the house). The bread pudding was a 10/10! Moist, sweet and paired perfectly with vanilla ice cream. I hate that I forgot the name of our waitress because she was amazing and even took our picture. I will blame it on the yummy Lemon Drop Martini I had to end the night. In all if you want great food with amazing service, you will not be disappointed dining here. We will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding experience (as always). Beautiful ambiance, perfect for a double date catch up. Delectable food with "just right" portions. And impeccable service all evening long! You will not be disappointed. (And reservations are definitely recommended)!

    Assurdità and rack of lamb.

Another great night at Stone House. We had the Assurdità (curried shrimp and ancho lime sauce over choriso risotto) which is crazy, crazy good. We also had smoked rack of lamb which was outstanding as well. Let's support this amazing Colleyville establishment.

The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Palak Paneer was tasty, but I enjoyed the malai and thukpa more! Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake - delicious! More like a pistachio ice cream cake, but it was so good and not too sweet! The butter tikka momos were creamy and rich, while the choila momos with the chef's sauce brought a spicy spark that stayed with me. The drinks matched the season perfectly. The Gurkhas Old Fashioned was smooth with a twist, and the hot rum punch felt like warmth in a glass just right for winter. The place itself was cozy, with a vibe that made me want to linger. Even during busy hours the staff stayed friendly, though the food took a little longer to arrive. Still, the service felt welcoming. Altogether, the mix of food, drinks, and atmosphere made the evening memorable in its own way.

Both the Tavern and Tycoon are in Flower Mound, and I have not visited, but I have made stops at both Jane and now Volstead. And I have to say, I wanted to be impressed, and I just wasn't. When I went to Jane, the cocktails were not up to snuff. My visit to Volstead, the cocktail was fantastic but the ambiance and food disappointed. I came into Volstead to check out the happy hour. They have a discount on wine, and half off their signature cocktails and martinis. They make craft cocktails, which were impressive, but only have one bartender. It takes time, but they could use another. I ordered a Volstead Vesper. It is a bold martini. Josh made it well. It was well balanced. Boozy yet balanced. And I love a lemon curl. A garnish can really elevate a cocktail. Five stars for the drink. I will come back and order another one. I also ordered their spicy tuna crispy rice. It was rather a disappointment. The serving size was generous, the crunch on the rice was there, and then it fell short. The texture of the rice was on the mushier side. The tuna was NOT spicy. It had been dressed in something, but it brought absolutely NO flavor or anything to the tuna. There was a wasabi cream and a sauce (maybe eel sauce) that dressed the plate, but the tuna was bland. A little soy, citrus, yuzu, sriracha or SOMETHING to elevate and brighten the tuna would have been EVERYTHING. So it just ended up being bland tuna, on undressed avocado, on fried mushy rice with some tasty sauces. It absolutely was not spicy. And with a little something something it could have been rather tasty. Even with mushy rice. When I walked in and sat down, there was no music playing so you were just hearing conversations bouncing off the walls. After about a half hour someone decided they needed some tunes, but then it was too loud and it was hard to hear the bar tenders. I loved the decor, and again, my cocktail was really rather good. The overall feel just felt kind of sloppy. It could have been awesome, and fell short. They claim to have Southlakes best burger, and maybe that is a better choice than the tuna. I may give it a shot. It got rather popular as I was leaving, the crowd a bit more mature. And maybe that is their bag. They have great reviews and high stars, I just didn't feel it.

We had a reservation, which I'd definitely recommend because it gets busy especially on a Friday and parking is limited. Once we were seated, the server gave us a nice rundown of the menu. We started with the hand rolls, the Masu Tartare and Toro Tartare and both were delicious. I personally loved the Masu more, but you really can't go wrong with either. We also ordered calamari, which arrived a bit later. It was okay, nothing spectacular, not as crispy as I hoped but the rest of the meal more than made up for it. For sushi, I had the Spicy Atlantic Salmon and the Kani Koi. I absolutely loved the Spicy Atlantic Salmon...it was definitely a favorite but my fiancé preferred the Kanikoi, so everyone wins. We also tried the Kamasu - Barracuda, which was just as delicious. Overall, everything was perfect, and I can't wait to come back to try more hand rolls and a few other dishes.

I am a Sushi novice to say the least, but my grandson and daughter wanted to introduce me to his new favorite restaurant, he's 15 so I had to see what he was raving about! The only reason I gave 4 stars is, cuz I am not educated on all things sushi and the extensive menu didn't really break down what each category really meant, the place was packed so clearly it's a newbie issue. I mentioned to our server Cameron, who was so polite and professional by the way, that it might be fun to host a monthly Sushi 101, where people could make reservations and for a flat rate the attendees could learn the difference between sashimi, sushi and all the other preparations for the cuisine. People could taste and sample each type and learn a little bit, giving them confidence to put Hush in their local food rotation. I really enjoyed my experience, and will do some research on the different options so I can try some new foods, I have no doubt I can ask my server, but that would have made me uncomfortable making the rest of my party wait while I learn, this was a spur of the moment invite so I didn't have time to do research, totally my problem. I will be going back once I learn more! I enjoyed my food, the Tempura Shrimp roll, we also really liked the smoked salmon roll, the crab rangoon, and shrimp fried rice, all was delicious!
