This might be the cleanest Taco Bell I have been in. You have to order at kiosk. Have I mentioned in past reviews how much I despise that? Otherwise, order was correct. Very slow, it's not even that busy. The employees only focus on the drive through and forget about the customers in the lobby.

We like the food here however, some of their staff leave much to be desired. We very rarely get to go inside to sit down, and yes it is fast food...however if you insisted that you needed $16 an hour please make sure you're worth it. We asked for a rag to wipe down a booth, and we weren't rude. As someone who has lots of years of experience in the food industry and a son that works in the industry right now, we both know that front of the house is everyone's job. The not so young lady that wiped our table off was snide and told us that the whole place was dirty so why were we worried about this one booth? Um, if it's all dirty that means that you're not doing your job. And we weren't rude to you we asked for it to do it ourselves as we saw that you were busy. So I think I will continue to just run my kids through the drive thru on the few times every 3 months or so that they decide they want TB. And sadly my food wasn't made right...oh well...they were busy and they tried...they at least got my sons right. That's all that mattered... read more

I'm in town for the week and decided to get something to eat. I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce. They charged me $.70 for the extra red sauce. I never heard of such a thing. Food was not hot. Could've been better. I went through the drive-through. The guy didn't offer me any hot sauce. So I left and I got back to my hotel and realized I didn't have any hot sauce. Food was typical Taco Bell. We enjoyed our meal. What we liked best is you could still order from a real person. We hate the electronic displays. They take too long and don't have everything on the menu. All Taco Bell's are not like this. Some you only have the display ordering. We walk out on those going somewhere else. This Taco Bell gets great marks based almost entirely on how nice the person at the front counter was. She was friendly, pleasant, and efficient despite the restaurant being quite busy during the post-church lunch rush. Today I went to Taco Bell and ordered with one of their kiosks. It asked for my name so I typed Voldemort onto the touchscreen. My food is ready and the guy announcing the names said "to the character who's name shall not be spoken." I graciously picked up my food and celebrated with some fresh Baja blast. Taco Bell tried to double charge me at about 8pm on 26 apr 2024. I order 2 chicken quesadillas. After I placed my order, I was told to go to the first window and pay and I did. Then I was told to go to the next window to get my food. I was told by the girl who was working at that window that I needed to pay again. I said that I already paid at the first window. She said that I didn't. I show both her and the on duty manager the copy of the receipt of the order. They both claimed that I didn't pay. Because I used by debit card, I checked my bank account, the money was taken out of my bank account. They took my money and didn't give me my food. I did file a fraud transaction with my bank and I also went to the local police department to file a police report. read more

The workers here are worthless! They can never get my order right. Now, on my latest visit my drink was so full when I put the straw in it spilled over onto my work clothes. Believe it or not, this Taco Bell is a step above all other Taco Bells that I've experienced. I came through around 11:30 at night, needed some food to make it possible to drive another hour, and settled on a cheesy gordita crunch, Mountain Dew Baja Blast, and a beef/potato burrito. The food came out the drive thru quickly and I was on my way. They provided plenty of hot sauces. The food was the same as it is at every taco bell, but somehow better. I have no idea how to explain this. Try it yourself, get an item that you've had at another Taco Bell and compare...it's a strange thing. This taco bell location is hands down the best fast food chain in ridgecrest, next to the micky D's. They offer fast service, and always good quality fast food (as far as fast food quality goes). The staff roatates often, but still very friendly. The inside is clean and spacious, while the drive through line can often get crowded at times, but gets the job done fast. I enjoy coming to this location, as i eat taco bell often, ot used to. 10/10 read more

i never thought in my 10 years of yelp life that i will ever write a review on Taco Bell. i guess living off of civilization for a few years does wonders. i am not a fan of taco bell, never was, never will be, don't visit here too often food, but only for drinks. but every time, food has been consistently good (or what i expected), warm, served right, and most importantly, crew here from cashier to cook look like they care about customers and food. i know i would probably get rocks thrown at me for calling taco bell items "food", as they should be called "product", but i think any restaurants, if things are done right or at least they are done as they are supposed to, they should be commended. if there is any down side to this place, one is the fact that this place is called taco bell, and sometimes fried items could be overly greasy and oil tastes pretty old at times. overall, i recommend here for taco bell treat at this location, you will be greeted with smile and good taco bell food. Stopped here for lunch on the road. I'm a fan of the triple double crunch wrap, from time to time it can be soggy but it wasn't here. Came by the drive through to pick up lunch for work, mind you it's midnight, i work graveyard.. i order 2 tacos with shredded chicken, another box desk with shredded chicken.. i get to work attempt to eat lunch then i look in the taco, there is literally 1 piece of shredded chicken meat, i check the other tacos, same thing.. addy this point I've paid an extra $1.40 on each taco for the shredded beef upgrade.. not only did they rip me off, i don't have anything to eat for lunch, really pissed me off.. i called and spoke to the manager Ashley and she stated she could fix the situation and give me a refund, hate to break it to you but im not eating lunch tonight, how are you fixing that? Your not! How about starting by educating and training your employees on how to put shredded chicken in tacos it's not rocket science. We've been to way too many Taco Bells, but this has to be the best one. Every time we've gone, it's been Taco Bell food at its best. No burned beans, stale tortillas or messed up orders. When going through the drive thru, they confirm your order 3 times: at the drive up speaker thingy (that's the technical term for it I think), at the pay window and at the last window. The times we've gone inside, it's been very clean and nice. Also, every one of the employees we've encountered there have been very friendly! Overall it's the best Taco Bell we've encountered and the best fast food place in town. We'll definitely keep going more than we should. read more

Tyler even offered to go check the ingredients on the Baja Freeze for us today, since our daughter is really allergic to some food dye colors. Love this place!!! Probably the best taco bell I've ever been to. Clean inside, nice customer service, tacos are actually filled with meat instead of mostly lettuce! Lol. The value menu is pretty good if you want something different than what you would get at McDonald's or burger king (which, btw, the McDonald's in this town is equally as great as the Taco bell! Plus, McDonald's offers a military discount). The drive thru is almost always busy, but it moves pretty fast and even if it's slow the food is worth the wait!
