Quickly they called me back and sent me the address of where they were in the evening, at 1033 W Inyokern Rd, which was so kind and I appreciated that service! Immediately upon arrival, you are greeted by the picture of their beautiful family on the outside of the truck and we quickly learned the story of their "Gordito" and how they have run their business in honor of their late son. Before we had even tried a bit of their incredible food, we were already touched by the story and meaning behind their business! And then, we ate the food and oh my goodness was it delicious! We got the quesabirria combo (must try!!!) and then three tacos- pescada, carne asada, and barbacoa. We devoured it all and were in awe of how delicious it is. I know everywhere they charge you 3% more if you pay with card instead of cash, but it was 19% more. 2) I got a burrito and it was 2/3 the size of a burrito from chipotle for the same price and the food was as salty. 3) I got the combo meal but the fajita didn't come with the wrap nor did I get my drink. I won't come here again. If the food is good I won't mind the higher cost, but they need to be transparent about it. But the food was ok (don't like how salty it was) and the unethical regarding the lack of transparency with the charges is making me not wanting to come back.
