We explained that we turned the power off to that circuit and the machine was still running. Come to find out not only is the tech they sent not licensed in the state, he isn't licensed AT ALL. We have the freezer checked and refilled with bags of ice and it happens yet again. Mather Bros picked up the unit and was completely disinterested in working with us or anything we had to say.
