We're used to seeing Dutch Bros locations with super long drive thru lines, so we parked and walked up to the window to order. This was my kids' first time, so we asked a couple of questions. Service was kind and helpful but not overly sweet and there was no small talk-- the reason I mention this is because I've been to another location where the small talk I had to endure was a turn-off lol. I was glad we didn't have to do that here. There was no one else around and no one in the drive through. Our drinks took longer to make than they do at Starbucks but I'm going to assume the craftsmanship here must be more in-depth. I finally made it to Dutch Bros Coffee!! Living in Los Angeles, Ca, there are ZERO close by. Most in CA are up north, boooo. While in Ridgecrest, CA, I accidentally stumbled upon Dutch Bros Coffee and was super excited to try it finally. I immediately made a u-turn and made my way into the drive-thru. Their drive-thru entrance gave me Disneyland vibes. They had like 2 or 3 Drive-thru entrance lanes. The time we went, it wasn't crowded, but maybe they have their moments where it is. I went ahead and ordered one of their most popular drinks, Dutch Classic Caramelizer. Man, O, Man! It was so delicious; I swear I finished it on just a few sips, haha. It was excellent and different from other coffees I have had. I'm sad that there isn't one closer to me! The staff was friendly and they all had great attitudes and seemed happy, which made me happy and makes me want to come back. The drive thru and the whole area seemed clean and well maintained. I love their coffee... all their teas that I've the pleasure of trying are wonderful...I love to get a hazelnut latte breve and it's perfect every time...all the young people that work there are always customer oriented and I've had nothing but good to say about them...today they were especially cute...I had my little frenchie and they didn't have to say anything about her cause she was just chilling on my lap and they all took the time to be sweet to her...I hadn't ordered her anything as I had her water and yet they offered her one saying it's hot does she need a water...then they said can we give her a treat...she's a frenchie she will NEVER turn down a treat...all in all we've always enjoyed ourselves here and their service is awesome...this is a great addition to our town... read more

Love love love this place. The ice tea is awesome, coffee always fresh and cheaper than most other coffee shops. The wait is usually less than the "other" name brand coffee company in town that serves burnt options. They love my dog and spoil him with multiple "pupcups". The people working there are always friendly and look like they're having a perpetual party. read more

My mom got some frozen coffee thing and it was also delightful however fair warning it was a little sweet for me, but Tommy mom loves it that way so a 5/5 from her as well. Quality drinks, but service was terrible. I ordered a large iced tea and it was ice top to bottom and couldn't even put a straw in the cup. I requested they remove some ice and I was told no, because I drank out of it, which is not true. So I asked them to remake it. Out of spite, I was given an iced tea with zero ice!! I'll never return to this location. Customer's should be treated better. read more

The people who work here seem to be awesome folks. Always appear to be having a good time and they're pumping some good jams. Waited 15 minutes with 6 cars in front of me to get a black cup of coffee. One barista was running iced coffees to cars in front and behind me. The entrance from California St. is so circuitous that you'd think the Navy designed it for evasive maneuvers. I was not impressed with my coffee -- a small decaf Americano with hazelnut flavoring, almond milk, and sugar. I couldn't taste the hazelnut or sugar in it.
