I had to get my afternoon kick high on caffeine before making the drive back to Los Angeles. We rather go inside and place our order instead of using the drive-thru. The nice barista asked us what we wanted to order and I asked for a Venti iced coffee and one of the in season Refreshers. It didn't take long to receive our drinks and they were made just the way we like them. read more

The baristas here are really good at what they do, which includes keeping calm and professional when an angry person is trying to argue with them because lattes don't count as a "free tall coffee" on free tall coffee day. When I was a barista in the 2000s, I wasn't that cool about it lol. Good job not letting people bother you! read more

They literally argue behind the counter. Slowest service eve there is no organization at all. Managers need to be retrained on how to get employees to work better for them. read more

Friendly Staff, Drinks made correct and fresh. Great outdoor seating, Clean bathrooms. Lots of parking read more

This location is totally focused on drive thru. BLUF don't order through the app. To go orders, not so much. With 3 peeps working, a mobile order and 1 walk in customer. Walk in customer arrived 15 minutes after order placed through app, and walked out first. breakfast sandwich took 20+ minutes. Frapp took 20 minutes as well. Nice peeps, but wow. Also, the app is having a breakfast promotion but every starbucks is out of breakfast sandwiches. thinks that make me go hmm. read more

Delicious drinks & food, great service, friendly faces with smiles, comfortable chairs inside and outside.

I always feel like I get a genuine greeting from the team that handles the drive thru.

Standard Starbucks menu, slow service and insanely loud music - the outside speaker is set to deafening.

Always a hit or miss at this location. My mobile order has been wrong. I have waited at the front counter with no acknowledgement for minutes until I had to make a noise for someone to say "we will be right with you." I ask for no whip, but still get whipped cream. But other times, I have no problems. read more

Starbucks - Grande mocha frapp. Sticker says no whip, but clearly there is whipped cream! And the drink was watery!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Ridgecrest, California

Very clean Starbucks location, always has ample space and parking. The customer service can very, depending on who's working. I regularly hear staff talk about their personal life, on few occasions, I waited more than 20min with 3 or more customers for my order to be ready. For those who are ordering online, I recommend ordering 20min ahead of the time the app tells you it will be ready. I've just recently moved here over 2 months ago, and I literally drink coffee every day!!! I see why other coffee competitors are thriving here in Ridgecrest . read more

This place has definitely gotten better since they've opened. Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a vanilla honey iced macchiato and tomato mozzarella sandwich and it was delicious! I will definitely come back! I would rather wait a little longer than have a rushed subpar service the staff here are great. read more

Love this new location! The inside is so inviting and the baristas were so nice. I'll definitely be stopping by more often.

40 min to pick up order , multiple mistakes, hot drink was cold. Like everyone says, don't order through the app. Stick to the Starbucks on ward. read more

Stopped by to pick up some coffee and food for my family. Ordered 3 drinks and two food items. They made the food a one drink fairly quickly but then I was still waiting for the last two drinks. When I inquired about them they looked back at the order and realized they never put them on the order nor charged me for them. (They don't give receipts at this location so I couldn't verify when I first ordered). So they ended up giving me the black coffee for free and then I paid for the 3rd drink. They made the situation right but it was very frustrating that they missed two drinks on the order the first time. read more
