I was also impressed by their speed and efficiency. I got a giant club sub #8 with the works. This was amazing!!! The bacon was super crispy and the mayo tasted exactly like I wanted it to. This huge sandwich was perfect fuel for lunch AND dinner. Definitely worth a stop! I'm a snob about French cooking (I lived in Châteuaroux, 200km south of Paris in the countryside for 2 years). Very little I've EVER eaten outside of there was been this amazing. And none better. Pure perfection. Ridgecrest is lucky to have this gem. It's like a small country cafe inside: comfortable.
