[PART 1 of 2] Date Of Offenses: Monday 10/21/24 12pmish PST A racist disrespectful mentally ill skinny caucasian male manager with short dark hair [pictured here] thinks customers are idi*ts. I tell him, as he informed me that he prefers Burger King food over McDonald's but not to tell his boss and co-workers, and that he agrees with me that their website and 'deals' page has much better deals than McDonald's; during my order payment after using self-order kiosk that I prefer Burger King and have spent money at the one across the street on one of my trips into town - he that I need more fries placed in my fries container since the rude fat Mexican female server did not fill it up UNLIKE the other prepared fries she placed on the fries stand, and that when I asked HER to fill it up she cocked an attitude and put only one more fry in it. He says, "They should always be filled up all the way, that's the way it should be" after I point out the other prepared fries to him. But he then takes the container and says he'll make me a fresh order. I'm happily expecting to wait for several minutes for them to be fried fresh. But instead, he returns with a box with less fries than before, and in little bits instead of long! I then ask him for the one on far right since that one is filled up all the way. HE cocks an attitude and pours some OUT of it before handing it to me!!! I'm now going to go back to register for a refund. 2. I should have followed my first mind and went to Arby's for their two for $6 chicken breast sandwiches and hot crinkle fries where they respect customers and treat me with courtesy with hot freshly made food (as per when I went there coming in to town last week from Los Angeles). 3. And these fool's forgot my pickles And have no chicken sandwich that has lettuce, tomatoe and pickles automatically. Moreover, she's serving everyone else with a pleasant demeanor and with "Have a nice day!" [UPDATE]: 4. I turn on my audio recorder app and though I'm now running behind schedule, I keep my commitment to myself to not pay for disrespect and go o register to get my refund. A fat Mexican woman comes o register fte they ignore me for a while and asks how she can help. I ask her for the manager. She ignores my request and repeats herself. I tell her she can help by getting he manager. She ignores my request again, and asks me again; so I repeat myself too. Finally she calls him over. 5. I have him pick up the receipt and bag from counter and tell him I'll take a refund for the fries since he wants to be petty about them instead of simply serving them to me like they are to everybody else (which were served to me cold and hard instead of soft, long, slight crisp and hot); like other McDonald's restaurants. And that for further details on his own time he can read the Review I just took of my valuable time posting on Yelp and google. 6. He cocks an attitude again, snatches the bag up and slams his eyeballs in it I guess as if he's going to illegally refuse my refund if the fries aren't in it. 7. He then says he can't refund my money, and looks at me like I'm supposed to leave without my money. I tell his d*mb azz that he has to. He repeats the same nonsense , so I repeat myself. He then says he can give me cash instead of putting myoney back on my card. I told him I rather have my money back where he took it FROM, but that as long as the refund is the same amount as the card charge I'll go ahead and take it in cash. The Mexican woman who claims she's a supervisor LIES to him telling him that it cannot be in cash and joins him in lying to ME claiming they don't have a way to refund my card. I tell their cr*zy unprofessional disrespectful delusional racist azzes that they obviously DO and that they obviously are legally obligated to. He continues to speak and behave with a bad attitude and lies again. I repeat that the refund is owed and they can't refuse it and that them doing so would be like a customer taking a product without giving money for it, and that I'm surprised that as a manager he hasnt been trained in customer service decorum and refunds. He nastily shrugged his shoulder and says "Yeah, sorry you feel that way, whatever!'" Ignoring his ignorance and total lack of human decency, I reiterated that I'm running late now for my bus back to L.A. but will show them that they're lying by showing a prior refund from a fast food restaurant on my ledger. I take out my other phone that I'm not currently audio recording on and open the app, and have to scroll down over four months to finally find a restaurant refund. He nastily demands that I slide my card in the WRONG register device. I hesitantly do so hike asking him if he first INITIATED the refund process. He lied to me, saying he did. I slide, when sure enough the screen says "cannot read card". Since he's still treating me like I'm stup*d I inform HIM he's using the wrong machine and didn't initiate the refund yet. 9. All of a sudden the woman admits to him that they need to stop lying to me and to do the refund and on the correct register. She tells him how it works and here it is HE'S the so-called manager! Smdh. 10. He then yells at me and tosses at me the correct machine scaring the crap out of me, demanding I slide my card while falsely accusing me of having an attitude. Totally insulted and traumatized by his hostile disrespectful rude violent unethical incompetence and behavior; I tell him that clearly the only persons who've had and have an ATTITUDE is him and his fellow server. "Actually I haven't though I don't know what you mean by 'this', but if you're referring to having to get a refund, no, as you saw I had to scroll down four and a half months to JUNE to find a refund, though I do not have to prove anything to you for you to do YOUR job and obviously you're STILL being petty like you were with the fries by making such an IRRELEVANT comment. He acts like he doesn't want to even hand me my refund receipt I checked to ensure it said 'refund' and the amount, as he instead dangled it in front of me like I'm supposed to catch it! I get to destination part one of my trip back to L.A and the sandwich, which i SHOULD have had refunded as well, especially after that azzh*les continued disrespect during the fries refund attempt, pours onto the bus seat and floor and the bottom of bad completely soaked through from apparently the tomato liquid and sauce! I had to throw it away, and then took a photo of it in trash. I WILL be financially compensated for that as well. 12. Additionally, the tables and chairs are disgusting; filthy, and have food particles, stains, and germs. 13. I barely eat at fast food restaurants let alone at the epitome of GARBAGE that's oddly called food..... McDonald's, but the rate times I do I unfortunately have to select 'no salt' in order to ensure fries ate hot, and if ever I'm served a container in which the stripes ate showing, I've never been served bits nor been denied it being filled up the way it should have been in the first place. Imagine how YOU would feel paying money then being served less than your monies worth for an over-priced item them to look over at the other ones seeing that those are FILLED UP and long cut!!! Smdh. Food was cold and tasted like it had been left out all night or cooked in dishwater and that's not even an understatement. Gagged at the taste and lost my appetite. The soda machine reeks like mildew and you can smell it when you walk inside. Service is slow and they completely ignore you if you're standing at the counter waiting for food. They mess up your orders entirely and you have to wait 15 minutes just to talk to someone about the issue. Waited 10 minutes just to get our drink cups and still got our food cold 5 minutes later. A man stood at the counter for 20 minutes after getting his food and employees just ignored him until a sweet older lady told them to service him. Old management was better and they were rude and service was bad but still better than the management now. Not a single table was actually clean, still old food and sauce on the tables and seats that they ignored. Also found hair in my food. Service: 3/10 Food: 4/10 Cleanliness: 2/10 Someone seriously needs to get a health inspector down there and see what's wrong because it's concerning and disgusting. Okay, i do not normally go to fast food... let alone take the time to review a fast food restaurant, but we stopped here on our way to Mammoth, and I have never had such incredible customer experience at ANY restaurant (including Larson steak house and Ruth Chris Steak house) as I had at this McDonald's in the middle of "no where"! The front counter people we so nice, and the person walking around the lobby offered to take our trays. The restaurant was immaculate and they were slammed!!! The owner or manager (not sure) was out in the lobby talking to customers (maybe regulars) like they were family. I was truely impressed. Not your normal McDonalds! read more

This place is hit and miss. They are slammed during lunch time rush and this is when they do the most messing up on the orders. If you dine in during the rush hour, there may be no place to sit. This place is fine and dandy, but if you want quiet or a slower pace of life, I would go to Burger King across the street or avoid this place during rush unless you really want McDonald's. I guess 15 bucks an hour isn't enough. The slowest service and most poorly ran store I have ever seen. Zero organization, employees all over the place no one working the front counter. They could hire a bunch of monkeys to do a better job. Waiting 20 mins wasn't bad enough they screwed up my order. Pathetic, new training is required!!!! read more
