First off I want to start by saying if people expect a raise in minimum wage then service & food quality has to improve as well. I ordered my food on the app thinking that the Halloween Happy meal was available (it was not). The girl making the food is yelling that she already gave me my Happy meal and didn't know why I was waiting around. When they finally gave me the box I told them I wanted a refund since you pay extra for the pail, the girl at the window literally smirked at me mockingly, goes back in & yells "she wants a refund on her happy cause she didn't know the pails weren't available" I could hear the other girl (mind you was very rude too) laughing. Finally the manager comes out, I tell him keep the happy meal & the drink give me refund and that's that. Rude & horrible service, I can see why people are complaining about it now. Learn to train your people correctly. read more

Pre ordered at McDonalds Ridgecrest. Sat in drive through for 20 minutes. Nobody, including the manager, knew how to change the orange juice bag. It took 10 minutes, and a middle aged lady from the grill to actually do the work, while 8 idiots stood around with their thumbs up their ass watching her (including the manager). To top it off they got the order wrong. Tried to call, the phone number listed doesnt even work. And the dipshits want 20/ hr for this kind of incompetence. We just paid 25 bucks for this. Absolute shit show. read more

I continue to come back here hoping to that it would get a. Little better but NOPE! In fact it was way worse and all I wanted was a quick cup of coffee and it was truly burned...how do you burn coffee?!? By leaving it sitting on those burners ALL day! Their McCafe is McBurned grossness...should have gone to the Espresso...just sayin' read more

Imagine the worst McDonald's you've ever been to... You probably thought, "it can"t get worse than this..." Allow me to introduce you to the Ridgecrest McDonald's. The service workers are trying but it's clear they are under staffed. The quality of the food and portion fall short of the stereotypical McDonald's. Don't get me started on the prices. Far more expensive than any other store I've been to. My recommendation is.... Just don't. Save your time and money. read more

First I would like to start by saying this is the ONLY McDonald's in town, with that being said there is slim pickings on where to eat since this is such a rural town with that being said it's not many people out here in Ridgecrest I would think servers would be more attentive and the service would be better. I would like to note that the morning staff is excellent and I've never had an issue with them at all! But the night staff is ATROCIOUS they are very rude and have piss poor attitudes when it comes to providing service and when it comes to food they push out old cold and mid food. Overall I would suggest going morning to mid day if you come here but if you have to go at night GOOD LUCK!!! read more

This McDonald's is absolutely terrible! The female manager is terrible... they asked me to pull forward when I only ordered two drinks. Then when you speak to someone to order they sound like they hate there lives and sound rude. Some of the people who do work here are nice but these other people just ruin it for everyone. DO BETTER. read more

They charge $1.63 for a cup of water. Terrible customer service, they talk down to their customer customers and do not care about them in anyway at all. read more

Oh brother. Horrible. Food tastes like 5 day old gas station food. Hard working employees serving appalling quality fare and the owners know it. 5 star reviews are ridiculous fakes. read more

I feel when you pay $30 for 2 10 pc nuggets, 1 reg double cheeseburger, 1 med fri and 3 ice waters, you might as well go somewhere nicer right?!?! Food was ok, its fast food, is what it is. Service... Not professional at all, but most the staff are teenager's... When we were trying to order they were laughing and screwing around in the background, kind of annoying. The Ridgecrest Mc Donalds is normally pretty clean. We hate the new paint job, my daughter calls it the EMO Mcdonalds because it looks sad and gray. After the new management this was the last chance for this establishment for us, I think. The time before this one, my eggs in my egg McMuffin, where not cooked all the way, it looked like snot. The eggs in my husband's Breakfast wrap where undercooked as well, new person maybe? whatever the case totally grody man. We have given up here and won't be returning. read more

Drive through drive thru at 10:10 am on a Friday. Ordered sausage McMuffin with egg, hash brown, and soda. They had the car ahead of me & three behind "pull forward ". 20 minutes later, car ahead of me are gone, and 2 behind me. OMG, really. I get it. It's McD's, fast food, is no longer fast, and going through drive thru means you are not in a hurry. Truth in advertising, I usually go inside because it usually faster than drive through. Today the line looked short. Now I realize it was because they were circumventing their performance measuring drive thru clock. read more

Went on my lunch break to eat and number one the service was horrible. Ordered a 6 dollar meal only to get a burger and when I asked about my other items all I got in return was attitude. On top of that you can't even get refills anymore for a drink you pay for. read more

Super bad ,they allways made mistakes in my orders when I said allways it's every time all the time , I like McDonald's but this services it's really bad read more

When you order from McDonalds you expect 2 things, cheap and fast. Since the Mcmorrows took over in Ridgecrest , you get neither. The food isn't even a worthy guilty pleasure either. The fries were dried out. So we're the nuggets. They overcharge for everything. You can tell the employees are miserable and are not even allowed to quit. You are better off making ramen noodles, at least it won't cost you an arm and leg and you wont get disrespected in the process. read more

The night managers are cool. Fries are always fresh. Only thing is customers are nasty and leave trash everywhere. Other than that, everything is pretty neat. read more

Since the new ownership, it seems that things have only gotten worse. The prices have gone up. The staff was completely replaced, or at least so it seems, but the weirdest policy change was that you can no longer add items at the window after ordering through the drive-thru. When I forgot an item and requested to add it at the first window, they told me I could not do that and that I would have to go all the way through the drive-thru again. Strange, inconvenient, pretty frustrating. read more

McDonald's has come out with a brand-new hamburger called the "Four Bite Micro Mini Burger." They modified their regular hamburger by making the burger meat over 50% thinner, making the bun smaller to match the smaller meat, a drop of ketchup and mustard, a squashed pickle, and a few dried onion chips. And at a price of $3.99 for the Cheese, "Four Bite Micro Mini Burger" comes out to a dollar a bite. And I just heard that next year, they are coming out with a paper-thin meat "Two Bite Micro Mini Burger" at $8.00 for $4.00 a bite. read more

Every single time we get food here, there is always missing items or wrong items in the bag. They are never consistent. Has really gone downhill after the new owners took over. read more

I didn't get a chocolate milk with my happy meal. In fact i got straw instead. The happy meal didn't make me happy it was average meal. My chicken nuggets were stuck together, the fries were unsalted, some too cooked. If you want a better rating I would like a free happy meal "with" a chocolate milk and some good ah chicken nuggies and fries. read more

Really McDonald's? When I ask for a burger I kinda hope that the burger is there. I don't recall saying hold the burger! It's seriously frustrating because I live far enough away that driving back for a correction is just not feasable for a cheap burger...please at least try to get it right! read more

After my experience last night, I will never order anything from this restaurant again Manager was uncaring and rude. Admit when you mess up. Apologize. Do something besides stand there with a stupid passive aggressive smile on your face. Make it right. Treat your customers with respect. We deserve it. Even the customer who you deliberately shamed for using food stamps to pay for his meal. UPDATE: called the restaurant and learned his name is Raoul read more

Place is clean and fresh inside but stay away if you have to eat gluten free. Asked about a gluten free bun, they don't have any. Asked if I could get my burger on a lettuce wrap, manager said they don't do that. LOL get it together otherwise Chick fil a is gonna take your business when they come into town. read more

Last week they did not give me bacon with my Deluxe Breakfast Platter. Are they eating our food that we paid for?

The McDonald's on China lake Blvd has declined. Just about every time I go there they want to tell me to move forward, guess what I'm not moving forward anymore. I see what you did. I asked for fresh fries I got Luke warm fries then the manager tells me I need to move forward for my fresh fries that I asked for 4 cars ahead ago, then I get the fries to find out that they mixed old fries in and the top of the fries were hot. Nice job, NO I WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD AGAIN! I don't care about your time. Not my problem. Btw people you do not have to pull forward, it's only to make better time for them. Maybe if more people said no to their request they would get their shit straight. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. The staff was very kind and efficient, but the policies they're expected to carry out are insane. Don't forget anything on your order. I ordered through the Mobil app (which I knew was a risk in itself) and I forgot one order of fries. So when I pulled up to the speaker, I gave my mobile order number and then asked if I could place a second order? No. I was told that the managers will not allow the employees to place more than one order per car. They said if I needed something else they're supposed to tell me to get back in the drive thru to order again. So instead I simply stopped at the drive thru exit and hopped out and went in to order my one fry, that literally took seconds for them to bring me. Best I can figure they get some kind of benefit based on how many cars go through the drive thru. I have avoided this place like the plague since the new owners arrived. Today I caved, because my kids kept asking. It's not worth the disappoint, stress, stupidity, or bad food, to keep going back. Never again. read more

Might as well use the sauce you have at home. And dont expect ice cream after 9:30 because the machine is "down"

I would like to send pictures.Dried out burger and fish sandwich. French fries rotten and super hard . Vomiting after consuming 3 bites. Never had a bad McDonald's till I drove thru this one at 10:45 at night. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. To start off with they never fill the fry container completely. At first I thought it was just a fluke on a busy day but it has happened consistently every time I go there which leads me to believe it is a management initiative to save money or supplies out here in the desert. But the final straw and the reason I am posting this review was my experience tonight. I went through the drive thru to get food for myself and a friend. I bought two 10 piece McNugget meals and asked for Szechuan sauce. I paid for the food and when it was handed to me I checked to make sure the order was correct. What I found in the bag was my food along with two ranches, two Honey mustards and a BBQ sauce, but no Szechuan. I looked on the receipt on the bag and it clearly stated that I requested Szechuan. I parked my car and went inside to get the sauce I asked for because we had yet to try it and it was the only reason I went. When I asked for some the cashier handed me a single sauce. I asked her if I could have more and she said that I only get one, and that if I want more I will have to pay $0.25 for another. I asked her if we were honestly expected to split one sauce for 20 nuggets and she said yes. I was not in the mood to argue so I took the sauce and left. I'm writing this review to let y'all know how the Ridgecrest McDonald's runs their business and that I will be contacting corporate in the morning over the several issues I have had with this store. read more

Another restaurant serving cold food. Only the French fries are hot. Quite often the milk shake machine isn't working and many times have to pull into the parking lot to wait for them to bring my food out to me. The cost of food there has gone up in price so much it's not worth the money anyway. The bathrooms have keypads on them and only the staff can use them read more

There is constantly something wrong with the orders. They always get at least one thing wrong. Burgers missing from our order. Busted lids on drinks, so the lids doesn't stay on. No straws for the drinks. Asked for no pickles and no onions and every burger we did get has both. That's just on our last visit there. Wish there was another McDonald's in town. read more

Teach you drive thru order takers to confirm orders at speaker instead of at the 1st window when all they can say is you ordered a drink and I then have to repeat my entire order due to them doing too many things at once. Would probably cut down on times. read more

This place takes forever to get your order and when you get it it's never right. Instead of hiring kids to work behind the counter maybe they should hire some adults. The manager was very disrespectful would not work with me had me waiting for 30 minutes outside before they even came out to see what I was waiting for. After stating my frustration to him he told me he refuses to help me and I can go. I will never ever go to that place again. read more

Drive-thru is safe typically, but the dining room experience is terrible. This is one of the local hangouts for teenagers with nothing better to do. The staff allows them to be loud, boisterous and rude to the other customers. I witnessed a teenager throw things at a younger adult dining on his own. He showed control beyond what I could have and didn't beat the living snot out of the teenager; although he was much larger and easily could have. He told the manager on duty, and they did nothing. The kid wasn't even a customer, he had just gotten a cup of water and was sitting and hanging out. McDonalds Ridgecrest, get your crap together and get rid of these miscreants hanging out in your dining room. You're giving away cups of water and seats to non-paying customers to hang out that are driving away people that will actually pay to eat there. read more

Wow! When they use the term "fast-food" I didn't expect it to be done within 3 minutes! This place is heavily trafficked during the morning and I was amazed at how fast their kitchen was churning out Mc-Whatevers. The cashier was a friendly middle-aged woman who even asked me how my day as going. They also had a promotion going on that was buy one McCafe get another one free. How ridiculously awesome. I generally don't eat a lot of fast food, and especially I don't eat McDonald's often, but this place was pretty wonderful. read more

Unbelievable efficiency during the breakfast/lunch transition. Manager cracking the whip, employees running at full speed, all the while providing the most professional courteous service that would make police departments and the US Military blush. I wish my workplace was this well-oiled and smooth running. This review has to do with community involvement more so than the business. The owners sponsored the local High School Baseball program and were one of the first businesses to do so this year. Their willingness to support local community sports programs in very indicative of the character of the business owners. This level of community involvement makes it easy to recommend this business to anyone! Thank you McDonalds of Ridgecrest!! read more
