This place is fantastic. I was a bit upset because the kiosk said they still did the 'dirty' drinks but the woman who handed me the drink cups just said "FYI, we don't do those anymore." No offer for a refund, and 'dirty' drinks were just drinks with vanilla coffee creamer... Why not do them? They sell coffee. But anyway, my mom and I come here weekly and get the Nachobell Grande with blackbeans, guacamole, and lettuce. The places near my and her houses always skimps to the point where it's not worth eating there. But with this location you actually get food. Lots of beans, lots of sauces, lots of GREEN lettuce, not the white dredges of iceberg lettuce. We struggle to finish and return after work for happy hour drinks and black bean tacos with chipotle sauce and tomatoes, and nacho fries. Hefty portions! Colorful veggies. Love it. read more

Taco Bell is something I've enjoyed since I was a kid, but knowing it is Mexican food adjacent. It's not authentic, but it's still tasty when the mood strikes. They do have quite a few vegetarian options, so it's been a solid location when trying to stick to a vegetarian diet. One of my besties and I hit up this location after seeing a show. Went here after a long night of bad customer service and another Taco Bell location being Completely neglected by employees at the counter despite it being an hour before they closed, I navigated to now another 3 miles away from my original location and house at 3 in the morning, and despite one Taco Bell location causing this issue, the workers at this location were more than ready to handle the let down, saving my troubled night and impressively getting the food out to me in RECORD BREAKING speed. Not only was it the best tasting and most well prepared Taco Bell I've ever had, but the customer service was amazing as well. I imagine that promotions are more trouble than they're worth for most companies, which is why they rarely run them. For whatever reason, "free" seems to rile up employees to the highest degree. It's almost as if a seige mentality switch gets activated, causing irrational decision-making and racially biased motives. I came to this location once in my entire existence during one of the Taco Tuesday Doritos Locos promotional days. I ordered just the taco due to the fact I was heading elsewhere and figured why not grab a quick snack en route to my destination? What should have been a few-minute stop turned into a 20-minute fiasco. Shortly after I ordered, an Anglo-Saxon gentleman ordered in excess of $20 worth of food. His order was filled promptly, and he went on his way. Several drive-thru patrons also ordered and were given food immediately. That's when I became suspicious. Food tampering is always at the forefront of my mind, as it was done to my food on a daily basis when I was being held as a political prisoner in the Santa Rita County jail. With those thoughts running through my mind, I stood up to take a look at the food prep just to be 100% safe. I'm guessing my decision to observe the proceedings wasn't taken kindly, as one of the staffers began spouting that "they paid" in reference to my longer than expected wait time. Either way, after nearly half an hour, I got the taco half thrown at me and sent on my way. If you're looking to visit this location during your MLB fan experience, I strongly suggest against it. If you're absolutely married to the idea, use the app to avoid the scenario I found myself in. Overall, this place is not the best place to go if you're of African descent. There are other locations that value not only your business but will also treat you in a respectful manner. As you can see from my other reviews, I have not had the most pleasant experiences lately. Last time this location years ago. Then was a great Taco Bell. That said I ordered today for lunch a first try item- Black Bean Crunchwrap. First off their kiosk does not correctly handle cash pay. I ordered and 20 minutes later a lady employee says "did you order?" "yes I did" "was it cash?" "yes" "it told you to tell us you paid cash" "no it did not" So she placed a order on the kiosk and we watched it said "order placed" no where said tell the staff you paid cash. That is 1904 technology. 1/2 hour later finally got my food since my order was not placed when the kiosk said "order placed" because I checked paying cash. The system per her should be saying "tell the employee" I told her "no the system needs to put a aural message in their headset. But the food was a 2 on a 1-10. $7+ for a microscopic amount of filling 15% of the food, 85% was a tostada shell and a flour wrap...worth $3.25 in my view. I had added Purple Cabbage and Pico de Gallo $7.35..A "black bean" named product had a total of 12 black beans and the flavor was so so. I typically have a good experience here when I stop off the light rail. Fast service and hot food. They were only accepting cash tonight and I only had $2 in cash on me and the cashier was kind enough to cover the rest of my drink. I really appreciated it. Will be back soon read more

Four people working tonite including a female manager. 6 people in line, and at least 4 in drive-thru! Drive-thru guy was playing on his phone, and talking to co-workers while holding peoples ready orders. New guy Abraham got upset because we(customers) pointed out the fact that he was unsanitary since he was wiping off counters with his gloved hand, and messing with garbage and didn't change his gloves before going back to help manager prepare orders. Kathy the cashier eas very apologetic to everyone, because she saw we had been waiting 15-20 mins for our orders, and she kept trying to tell them we've been waiting. Instead of manager preparing drive-thru and inside orders in correct order, she focused on drive-thru orders, and she basically has up to 15 mins for each inside orders. Health dept, and employee trainers definitely need to step in. read more

I just left this location feeling happy. It's never happened at this location. Normally they are fast but rude and in a hurry to get you food and gone. That's fast food right? Normal.. Omg I just loved it. Loved that so much when I got to the window, thanked him again, then paid for the car behind me. Kindness goes a long way these days. I called, to ask his name. The manager asked why I was asking about him. I said I just got great customer service from a kind guy and wanted to write a Yelp review about him and let the manager know he was great! I asked for the party pack with chicken and I got charged more for it and when I got home it was not chicken it was beef. ordered food from tacobell on Guadalupe and Alma school rd some guy walked up to the window of the drive-through, grabbed my drink, put it up underneath his nose handed it to a lady who then handed it to me and he walked away. By the time I got my food my Mexican pizza was smashed like somebody put it in a box and smashed it, so I called corporate they tried to give me free food. I'm a big fan of Taco Bell and have been to most of the locations in my area. This location is fairly close to my house so I come here more often than others. The employees are all very nice and my order is always right (I always customize my food because I'm not a lettuce/tomato kind of girl). I have not been inside, only through the drive thru, but they keep the line moving and it does not take long to pick up lunch. My biggest complaint is the access. It is on the northeast corner of the intersection with only one entrance that is north of the light. The parking lot is fairly small and it is next to impossible to make a left out of there to go south (which I always seem to need to do). I have to turn right and flip a u-y further down the road. The lights are horribly timed so there are always cars coming from some direction. It's a bit of a cluster. read more

Taco Bells all serve the same food in the US. However the employees, location, and cleanliness all vary. This is one of the cleanest TBs I've been in! One HUGE difference is Carl, a 3-year employee, who knows what customer service is. Even with the transient type person was greeted and handled professionally. He offered him a water cup when he said he had no money. Carl picked up everyone's trash, greeted everyone that came in and left. That's an employee that's hard to find in any fast food business and in most customer service businesses. Not too sure of the location as we are from out of town.
