Michael K is a fantastic worker! Always makes sure everyone is taken care of, and super friendly as well.

White chubby lady with glasses is extremely unprofessional, asked to make sure the food was hot very respectfully (because last time it was cold & cheese hard) and said "it just came off the grill you can complain if you want" and shrugged her shoulders then said something under her breath as we drove off. Fire her or retrain her cause this shouldn't be how they talk to customers read more

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bells around. Today I ordered a cheesy nachos and as usual the amount of cheese is not even much. Their "portion" of three pumps isn't even enough for the chips when it comes to half full and the chips are scraping the bottom before it even makes it in the cup. Sorry, but that is not three full pumps. When I told them just to take the chips and cheese off they act like they needed an act of Congress to refund me the money and take the chips out the bag. Instead they bring all the legislative staff around when all they had to do was give me my refund and give me the bag. It took five minutes for their brains put together to get me my refund and give me my food. Then when I open my taco, it's not even filled like it is supposed to be. Somehow I paid full price for half a taco. Taco Bell keep up the mediocre work. read more

This is actually a 2.5 stars review... the standard at which fast food is purchased has gone down... we're are still going to eat here but things to note... we needed something quick to eat before shift and decided with this place... ordered a few items and our main meal was the 'Crunch'wrap Supreme... let's just say it wasn't a 'Crunch'wrap but more like a soft wrap... kind of disappointing when the food doesn't match the name... affected the taste somewhat and not sure if we are going to order that again... better off with getting a burrito supreme instead... though... the am crunchwrap is good, mainly because there's hashbrowns inside that make it kind of crunchy. Tacobell to us is the lesser of all the evil fast food options out there so we'll be back, probably not for the 'Crunch'wrap Supreme! Grind On! Pau! read more

I've literally waited in their drive thru for 25 minutes just to get to the window to see the staff confused and overwhelmed with no sense of tracking. They have to ask you what your order is again, then go find it. And why is the chips and nacho cheese $2.39. It was a tiny squirt of cheese product that was good for 3 chips--just not worth it. This Taco Bell also doesn't participate in the National app specials so that advertised $3.99 7 layer nacho fries special. Not here. It's full price $5.99. The Mexican pizza is good but sometimes it falls apart probably because of the excessive wait in the drive thru. Nachos Bell Grande is seriously lacking with mildly stale chips and toppings all clumped in the middle. Crunchy Taco Supreme was probably the best in terms of taste and freshness. Overall, this Taco Bell needs to speed up the drive thru. It's WAY TOO LONG!! Bring back the McCully Taco Bell!! read more

I hate walking into this Taco Bell, I'd rather wait in the 20 minute drive through line where you have no idea who's trying to go where because the parking lot is small and weird. Going inside I feel like the place is always dirty. I've never liked walking inside because there's a lot of homeless that come here along with deals that go down inside and right outside. The drive through line does take forever most days, unless you're lucky and get there when there isn't a wait. Most times whenever I've ordered through the drive through I've always been given the wrong order or something is missing. So ALWAYS check before driving off. read more

Here we go again, I had high hopes for the new Taco Bell. Spent $40 worth of food and yet my Taco Bell day was a BIG disappointment. I paid for a Crunchwrap Supreme only to find it missing when I got home. The Mexican Pizza I ordered with 'no meat', in fact had meat and did not even have tomatoes on the top like the other two I ordered. Where is the quality control and why do we ALWAYS have something missing from our order! Remedial training required all around. read more

These guys are not efficient in the way they serve their customers. Line is always out on the street, and I have seen multiple cars drive out of the line on multiple occasions. Once we waited in line for nearly a whole HOUR!! Another occasion I went inside the store hoping it would be faster, NOPE!! I had to wait 45 minutes. It did not help that the micro women working the register had a BAD attitude!! At the same time there were NINE delivery people waiting for their delivery orders. I asked one of them how long they were waiting, and he said 35 mins. He did not get his order until another 20 mins. Being an Accounting Manager for years, I noticed the way they operated. First, they are slammed with orders, so yes, they have their challenges. But it seems management do not attempt to efficaciously modify operations. Second, the counter/window person is at the hub. The faster they get food out the happier customers are and want to come back, equating to more profits. I'm sorry, but you don't put someone that doesn't have a shred of intelligence or share the same goal as the customers with an attitude at the counter!! They need someone that will be on top of things, constantly communicating with the line, calling out orders as it comes out. I noticed one young man communicating more than anyone else, he should be put on the counter instead of the food line. I noticed the manager just taking it easy, helping but at a leisure paste, smiling and joking, with no goal in mind. If anything, she should be in the hub of it all! There is no motivation for efficiency because it has been this way for months since they reopened. Third, at night when they close the store and with the drive thru line going down Beretania, delivery people have to wait in the hour-long line while the food sits and becomes cold by the time they get to the window. On one occasion while waiting in line, a delivery driver pulled into a gap in front of the person ordering at the speaker. When the person ordering noticed this she started yelling at the delivery guy. She overtook him and when she got to the window she told the employee what he did. When the guy drove up to the window, the employee refused to serve him, yelling at him to get back in line, but he refused to move. We were in back of him and saw the whole thing unravel. We thought, just give him his order so we can get our food too. You can't really blame the delivery driver trying to get his customer's order to them on time, instead of waiting in a super long line. In my opinion, why not have one employee service delivery drivers after store hours? They have all the dining area to setup the delivery assembly and enough parking for drivers to park, come up to the closed door, show the employee their order details through the glass door, get their order and everyone is happy. Delivery orders alone generate enough income to staff one person to be the designated delivery person, pay them a small premium to give them incentive to want to get delivery orders out fast. And figure out a way to incentivize the food line to pump out orders as they come, by analyzing sells reports of peak time and pay a small premium if have to. I would also separate the food lines: the line nearest to the drive thru would be designated for only drive thru orders, and the other line near the register would be designated for in store orders and delivery orders with its own holding rack on that side. Tacobell clearly has a problem that I have laid out with possible solutions. The biggest problem that I see, is the leadership! Allowing the problem to continue without any attempt to fix the problem is a recipe for disaster; eventual profit loss. read more

Order was completely wrong including the soda (I need diet because I am diabetic)....I should have checked before I left the drive through. I suggest you check your order before leaving the line, even if others are waiting because your order could be totally wrong. After I returned home, I called several that location several times to address my concern but no one answers! Then I filled out the survey on the receipt but no response from Taco Bell HQ (even though i asked to be contacted). Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! customer service. They need to close this location or fire the manager! I drove up to order and the girl tells me hold on, never says OK I'm back can I take your order? After a long wait I had to ask are you ready to take my order? 3 crunchy taco's so was able to order pretty quickly but then waited in line for a good 10 minutes. When the girl handed me my order the bag it was crumpled and there was a huge tear down the middle, like someone was angrily throwing it around, I loudly asked the cashier WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY BAG?? She tried to hand me a new one, REALLY! Upon inspection the condition of the tacos resembled the bag, one had sour cream, not what I ordered and all but one were unevenly filled like way off, the shells were all cracked and last one was soggy. Really ? It's Taco Bell. It's fast food Mexican ( sort of ). The service was good and relatively quick. The location leaves a lot to be desired. Hard to get into and harder to get out of. They did an incredible job in renovating this former pizza hut location. Separated an over-sized pizza hut, and added a modern Taco Bell with an ample seating area for both restaurants. The rest rooms are shared by both restaurants, but it is brand new and exceptionally clean. You will need one of those keys attached to the stick, from either the Taco Bell or Pizza Hut counter. Everytime I go to pretty much any TB, they short me on taco sauce packets. This one is no execption. Same problem. At least the huffy employee gave me a handful more when I complained. I ask for 10 and they give me 3. Now .. . . either they can't count or they feel like it gets taken out of their pay. What's with the sauce rationing that goes on at these establishments? Ridiculous! I need more than 1 packet of sauce per taco please. I like 3 for each, so I ask for 10, figuring its easier for them to count out 10. Ok, rant over. Other than that, TB is great. Taco Bell is not what it used to be.... absolute Trash. And just be aware, you need to confirm your order before you pay for it. These employees won't care if they mess it up. They really don't care. On a better note, this store does have walk in service right now and touch screens so you can make sure they don't screw up your drive through order. But unfortunately it's location also sucks and you'll get stuck waiting on traffic to clear. Overall, they need a better management system and a new freaking ceo. What is the point of putting a pick up time on the mobile app if the order is not started until you get there?! I ordered on the app and put pick up for 12:15. I did put drive thru pick up but the line for the drive thru was long and decided to just walk in to grab my food since it should've been ready at 12:15 right...? Not thinking it's a big deal for them to walk it from one side of their "kitchen" to the other side. Been here twice since my last visit in October, and the same thing happened both times. I'm waiting for my order inside the restaurant, and they mixed up my order with someone else's. Both times, I'm standing there, other people are getting their food, and I'm waiting waiting waiting. Last time I was told my order got mixed up with someone else with the same name. This time, I could actually hear some kind of exchange going on between two workers - "that's the wrong one - you gave me the wrong bag" etc. Meanwhile, it's like watching a TV rerun. EVERYONE gets their food (yes, even those who came in after I did), and I'm standing there like an idiot, only one there, waiting waiting waiting, until finally I get my name called and a bag tossed at me. By the looks of the bag, you can tell it had been passed around and manhandled while they tried to figure out where the thing was supposed to go. To me!!! read more

Went there on Taco Tues. The drive-thru line extended onto Beretania, so I went in to pick up my mobile order. Cashier yelled at me and others. He was extremely rude (I have a picture of him). We ordered 3 party packs total, 1 4x4 taco and burrito pack and 2 6x6 crunchy and soft taco packs for an event with my company. My boss and I went in to order inside. I haven't tried the food yet, but that's not what this review is about. This review is about Sarah, our cashier. From when we walked in to when we left Sarah was friendly and smiley. She greeted us as we stepped to the register with a smile on her face, took our order and specifications, read our order back to us after she finished inputting it in the system, and gave us our total. She also asked us if we would like anything further and offered us hot sauces-clarifying which ones we would like. I looked to my boss to tell her that I really liked her service and would like Sarah on our team. The only reason we did not offer her a job at that moment in time was because there were other guests waiting and she was actively working. Had we been the only ones present, we would have offered her a job on the spot. As I waited for our orders to come out another customer came up and greeted Sarah by name. After a moment of hesitation, she greeted him by name as well and regarded that she hadn't seen him in a while. After which, they had a brief, friendly conversation while she took his order. Having worked in customer service, I know how hard it can be to keep the same positive energy about oneself consistently. Further, I consider myself to be a harsh judged of customer service employees since I know what Great customer service looks like. At this location, great customer service looks like Sarah. I did, and still do want her on my team even though I only witnessed her attitudes and actions for a brief time. Sarah, if you see this, great job! You killed it! read more

I am not blaming the employees because I know and can see that they are trying their best. Its the management and the company its self. They need to open more locations or hire more people to work because it is hard having only two people work when there is a bunch of orders flooding in all at once. I was waiting in the drive through for half an hour so I placed my order through the app and had to wait another 45 mins just to get my food and finally go home. I even tried to stand outside the door to see if it would be faster to get my order because I seen the doordashers and uber eats workers doing that. Still yet there were some of those workers waiting the same amount of time or even longer for the orders they had to pick up, that was not even for themselves, and still drive where ever the person that placed the order lived. On top of that I seen a person receive the wrong pick up order twice while I was waiting in line. read more

This Taco Bell is interesting because half of it is Taco Bell, while the other half is Pizza Hut. Years ago, this place was actually just a Pizza Hut, but since renovations have been done it has turned into a hybrid restaurant. I hardly ever dine in here, but on occasion I do make it through the drive thru. I found the drive thru rather confusing the first time I went through because I could not for the life of me find the order speaker. I seesawed my car back and forth, menu board to menu board, and finally went around the building. To my surprise, the order box was located on the farthest side of the building near the street. I like the food here and I do not know why people say the food here gives them the runs. I have never experienced that. Service has always been professional and fast. It's wonderful how quickly they can prepare the food here. If you do dine in, parking is usually always plentiful. read more
