This is actually a 2.5 stars review... the standard at which fast food is purchased has gone down... we're are still going to eat here but things to note... we needed something quick to eat before shift and decided with this place... ordered a few items and our main meal was the 'Crunch'wrap Supreme... let's just say it wasn't a 'Crunch'wrap but more like a soft wrap... kind of disappointing when the food doesn't match the name... affected the taste somewhat and not sure if we are going to order that again... better off with getting a burrito supreme instead... though... the am crunchwrap is good, mainly because there's hashbrowns inside that make it kind of crunchy. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! customer service. They need to close this location or fire the manager! I drove up to order and the girl tells me hold on, never says OK I'm back can I take your order? Been here twice since my last visit in October, and the same thing happened both times. I'm waiting for my order inside the restaurant, and they mixed up my order with someone else's. Both times, I'm standing there, other people are getting their food, and I'm waiting waiting waiting. Last time I was told my order got mixed up with someone else with the same name. This time, I could actually hear some kind of exchange going on between two workers - "that's the wrong one - you gave me the wrong bag" etc. Meanwhile, it's like watching a TV rerun. EVERYONE gets their food (yes, even those who came in after I did), and I'm standing there like an idiot, only one there, waiting waiting waiting, until finally I get my name called and a bag tossed at me. Went there on Taco Tues. The drive-thru line extended onto Beretania, so I went in to pick up my mobile order. Cashier yelled at me and others. He was extremely rude (I have a picture of him). On a better note, this store does have walk in service right now and touch screens so you can make sure they don't screw up your drive through order. What is the point of putting a pick up time on the mobile app if the order is not started until you get there?! I ordered on the app and put pick up for 12:15. I did put drive thru pick up but the line for the drive thru was long and decided to just walk in to grab my food since it should've been ready at 12:15 right...? Not thinking it's a big deal for them to walk it from one side of their "kitchen" to the other side. We ordered 3 party packs total, 1 4x4 taco and burrito pack and 2 6x6 crunchy and soft taco packs for an event with my company. My boss and I went in to order inside. I haven't tried the food yet, but that's not what this review is about. This review is about Sarah, our cashier. From when we walked in to when we left Sarah was friendly and smiley. She greeted us as we stepped to the register with a smile on her face, took our order and specifications, read our order back to us after she finished inputting it in the system, and gave us our total. She also asked us if we would like anything further and offered us hot sauces-clarifying which ones we would like. I looked to my boss to tell her that I really liked her service and would like Sarah on our team. The only reason we did not offer her a job at that moment in time was because there were other guests waiting and she was actively working. Had we been the only ones present, we would have offered her a job on the spot. As I waited for our orders to come out another customer came up and greeted Sarah by name. After a moment of hesitation, she greeted him by name as well and regarded that she hadn't seen him in a while. After which, they had a brief, friendly conversation while she took his order. Having worked in customer service, I know how hard it can be to keep the same positive energy about oneself consistently. Further, I consider myself to be a harsh judged of customer service employees since I know what Great customer service looks like. At this location, great customer service looks like Sarah. Really ? It's Taco Bell. It's fast food Mexican ( sort of ). The service was good and relatively quick. The location leaves a lot to be desired. Hard to get into and harder to get out of. If you have a low car like me, be mindful the exit is treacherous on the undercarriage. The remodel of the location was great and it needed it. They did an incredible job in renovating this former pizza hut location. Separated an over-sized pizza hut, and added a modern Taco Bell with an ample seating area for both restaurants. The rest rooms are shared by both restaurants, but it is brand new and exceptionally clean. You will need one of those keys attached to the stick, from either the Taco Bell or Pizza Hut counter. I am not blaming the employees because I know and can see that they are trying their best. Its the management and the company its self. They need to open more locations or hire more people to work because it is hard having only two people work when there is a bunch of orders flooding in all at once. I was waiting in the drive through for half an hour so I placed my order through the app and had to wait another 45 mins just to get my food and finally go home. I even tried to stand outside the door to see if it would be faster to get my order because I seen the doordashers and uber eats workers doing that. I asked back the guy, , "Hi, I've been here for half an hour, my appointment is 11am, are they gonna..." then he stopped me from there, he said he told the manager already and he even pointed out the manager. Did a door dash order here and had to deal with multiple employees ignoring me and when I asked about the order after waiting for 15m was completely ignored multiple times. Older guy wiping the floors was non-stop giving me a hard time about needing to stand by the counter because dining room was closed (the doors were open, and I was there before they closed up my order just took forever). Multiple times I had employees glare at me and the other person(s) waiting while being overtly rude. Even when I moved up front the older man insisted, I stand and kept yelling at me about being closed (once again I was there before just made to wait past your dining room hours). Didn't tell anyone else to move either just seemingly had a bone to pick with me. I've worked food service as well before and while i've definitely had awful days I've never went out of my way to start confrontations with customers, especially ones that were not rude to begin with. read more

This Taco Bell is interesting because half of it is Taco Bell, while the other half is Pizza Hut. Years ago, this place was actually just a Pizza Hut, but since renovations have been done it has turned into a hybrid restaurant. I hardly ever dine in here, but on occasion I do make it through the drive thru. I found the drive thru rather confusing the first time I went through because I could not for the life of me find the order speaker. I seesawed my car back and forth, menu board to menu board, and finally went around the building. To my surprise, the order box was located on the farthest side of the building near the street. I like the food here and I do not know why people say the food here gives them the runs. I have never experienced that. Service has always been professional and fast. It's wonderful how quickly they can prepare the food here. If you do dine in, parking is usually always plentiful. read more

My husband gets salty every time I refer to Taco Bell as "Taco Hell." His first job was at Taco Bell even if he only worked there for a day and quit haha but he still loves Taco Bell more than anyone I know. Ever since the Taco Bell reopened as a true restaurant, my husband was itching to come here. We went one Sunday with my baby in tow. It was actually really clean and it wasn't filled with a bunch of stoners or really drunk people! SHOCKER!!! The service is a bit slow but that's because they don't really pay attention to you when they help you. They aren't generous with their sauce packets and napkins. How am I supposed to drench my taco in delicious mild sauce if you only give me one packet? SERIOUSLY. I love my mild sauce. My husband loves fire sauce and we both drench all our taco bell stuff with their sauces even if we don't agree which one is the best. It's nice that it's no longer a Pizza Hut buffet and we can eat Taco Bell in an actual restaurant now. They still share the space but it's very clear where to order for which one.
