I would say the ambiance far exceeds the food expectations. Servers were excellent and attentive. They have a live jazz band playing piano, bass and drums to old school beats of Sinatra, Dean Martin etc. We had the escargot, deviled eggs, lobster bisque (minimal tiny pieces of lobster, not fresh), caprese salad (drenched in dressing), filet mignon (poor seasoning )and surf & turf including lobster tail and rib eye steak. Decent flavor, nothing to rave about. The wine list was better, we had a bottle of red and white which was the best apart of the meal. Went here with a group of girlfriends during restaurant week. Nice clean place and had a singer near the front sing a few songs. We hoped to have him sing throughout the night, however before nine PM he was done. The food was not that good. I had the steak diane, expected so much, but my homemade beef curry is much better, softer cooked beef than this. Nothing memorable about any food here. Had rhe caesar salad and it was three wimpy baby leaves of romaine lettuce with barely any dressing. Disappointing! Fantastic in every way. We held a business event here and they gave us a semi private room. The service was impecible. The food was fantastic. They had a musician that was doind show tunes. The only thing I could possibly hold against them was the choice of art work. I think they were going for a "rat pack" like theme. All of the art work, at least where we sat, was pin-up girls. It wasn't anything too bad, but it was borderline. We were a little concerned the female clients might be embarrased or offended. All in all, it was great. 11/7/2018 decided to come her for a date night and boy table 13 didn't disappoint,as soon as you walk in you feel like you were taken to a scene from goodfellas.The ambiance was perfect with live music,we requested love me tender and she nailed it,Service was great friendly and knowledgeable of the menu I wish I remembered his name but he was awesome.I had an old fashioned made just the way I like it.The food was amazing,we started of with a crab cake,it was filled with lump crab meat and just enough for 2 to share as an appetizer,our steaks were perfect medium rare.I got the New York strip and my girlfriend got the petite filet both super tender,I love the au puvei sauce for the steak,when I say I love it I mean I could drink it.after our meal the manager came by and asked how everything was of course we were very satisfied.Id definitely recommend this for a date soecial occasion or buisness lunch or dinner. 5 stars all the way!! read more

Superb service by our waiter Steven. Amazing cuisine for a great price. Their martinis are killer (I had the Silver 75, and am a fan!) Ribeye cooked to perfection; steak tartare was full of flavor. So great to see the chef coming out to thank his patrons as well. The only downside, that killed the ambiance a bit, was the drunk cougars and their dates throwing our f-bombs from across the restaurant (and dancing in the middle of the aisles so people couldn't scoot by.) Had a fabulous dinner with old friends the other night. Highly recommend the lobster mac-n-cheese as one of your sides. Excellent steaks. I chose this place for our wedding anniversary. They greeted us with "Happy Anniversary" and comped one of our desserts. They also gave us a gift card for another visit. We were grateful. The atmosphere was great. Drawings of half-naked ladies don't bother me or my wife, and they prompted some conversation and fit the overall decor. The music was the primary draw, and we enjoyed it very much--just the right volume, not too loud. Some people danced. My wife had the sea bass, and she liked it very much. I had the 6-ounce filet (medium rare) and found it what I considered to be slightly over cooked. The cut wasn't as thick as I thought it should be either. So that was a bit disappointing. We shared a side of mushrooms, which could have been more flavorful. The service was great. The host had a personality, which I think is too rare. We waited 10 minutes in the bar until our reservation time, and the bartender was very friendly. Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name) was wonderful. The owner came by to thank us for coming. The singer in the band stopped by too. They worked the crowded room like pros. Overall, we loved it, but I can't give it five stars because the food wasn't as good as other five-star restaurants. Came here with my husband for something out of our bubble for a date night during restaurant week. I requested our reservation on Open Table and on the day of our reservation we had a last minute change of plans. I was able to easily go in and change the time through Open Table and they were still able to accommodate us and seat us in a booth. The booth seating is great...cozy and super romantic. We started with some great martinis- I did the cosmo and hubby did the Vespar. I think that was the name...a combo of gin & vodka with bitters...unique and great! For an appetizer we did the steak tartare. I had never had tartare presented the way they did but it was good nonetheless. We shared a restaurant week selection and our server was helpful in pairing a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc with it. We started with the tomato soup served with a little mini grilled cheese. I have had some great tomato soup in my day and this matched up for sure. We got the sea bass entree and while I didn't care much for the sea bass alone, the combo of the garbanzo beans and the garnishes served with the fish made this meal full of flavor and great. We finished the evening with the only restaurant week dessert option- Kahula cake with mousse which was a perfect ending. I'm definitely glad we ventured to Addison to try Table 13 and it's now on my radar to try again! read more

Wow, after a couple of weeks of build up by a good friend who knows that we like good food, good cocktails and good service, this place totally disappointed tonight (1/31/2018). My wife and I showed up for appetizers and cocktails around 6:10 p.m. and were happy that the bar was about 90% occupied. We actually were just in time to get two (2) of the last couple of bar stools that were available. The restaurant was virtually empty. The bartender quickly and kindly greeted us and served us drinks that were pretty average, dispute the previous recommendations that they served "awesome" drinks. We immediately ordered our first of what we thought would be may appetizers, the meatballs. They were very good and were served promptly. Then patrons begin filing in and there was a party that must have been 57 people show up, then all hell broke loose. Our drinks almost took ten (10) minutes and our second appetizer (crab cake) took 45 minutes before it arrived. The poor bartender admitted that he "forgot" to place our order but that poor guy was so slammed, its tough to point the finger at him. He was the only bartender making drinks for over 100 folks. Unbelievable. Overall, this place has potential, but we are not sure we are going to gamble another night of time and effort on what was a below average experience. On the way out the door, I asked to speak with the manager and we talked with the "fill-in manager" (Michelle).Michelle admitted that the "new manager" booked a big party (that party of 57) and forgot to put it on the books which were why their service was suffering. They never had the staff in place to handle the place being at capacity. She assured me that this was not typical. Maybe / Maybe not. I sat next to a regular at the bar (Connie) and he stated that this was not typical of this restaurant so maybe I am being overly harsh, but again, it was our first experience, and disappointing to say the least. My husband and I went to Table 13 for the first time recently and we immediately liked the vibe of the place. The decor is cool and retro, and put us in just the right mood for the music, which was Sinatra and classic jazz. That's all good. We were put in a side room farthest from the band, so we couldn't hear any of the music. That was not so good. It is a noisy, bustling place. We were there on a Saturday night around 7:45. A Host-type person met us at our table and gave us water and said she would return periodically. We never saw her again. Our waiter was nice but his accent made understanding him with the rest of the noise in the room almost impossible. The food was very good, but not fabulous. We shared gigantic prawns which were delicious, but the lemon thyme pesto it came with was weird. Then we ordered the sea bass. It was also nicely cooked and tasty, but served over something that tasted like hot cold slaw. Grilled asparagus was awesome, bread pudding was awesome. Good wine list and specialty drinks. Over all we had a great evening and will definitely be going back. I think if they reduced the number of tables in the main room so they weren't crammed so close together, it would cut down on the noise. read more

Came here with clients to try. Really unimpressed. Lobster bisque was pedestrian at best. Bacon wrapped dates were so over cooked I thought I was eating sweet charcoal. Deviled eggs were pretty but unspectacular. My NY strip was cooked medium rare as ordered but just wasn't a very tasty steak. The herbed butter on top was unappealing as were the liquid like mashed potatoes. Ordered a Merlot half way through my steak it arrived as my plate was being bussed. Didn't bother with dessert. I love the old school Hollywood atmosphere. I went there last year for Restaurant Week and loved it so much I came back this year. I had the halibut stuffed with crab which was excellent. This place has no business serving steaks and I noticed a lot of people ordered seafood. This being our first time, I ordered the $52 bone in cowboy steak. The steak was right out of a grocery store and extremely tuff meat. For that price, you would expect the steak to be at least aged and cooked in a high temp steak cooker but no. I have had better steaks at Denny's at 2 am. The $8 mac & cheese was your Kraft Mac & cheese with watery cheese and same exact pasta. Our guest also had the same experience with his Ribeye. Came here to entertain an important client. Huge mistake. While in the middle of having dinner a person who identified himself as the owner came up to our table and told my guest to take his beanie off. We had been seated and eating dinner for a half our at that time when he approached him and interrupted our meal and conversation. Dress code should have been addressed by hostess when we walked in to be seated, not while in the middle of my dinner. I asked the owner why the guest two booths down wasn't asked to remove her beanie, to which he responded "we only make the men take their hats off". Very rude and ignorant response. If management is going to assess the room for dress code violations, they should enforce it for all guests equally and at the time you are greeted by the wait staff. Will not be coming back to this "fine dining" establishment. Food was average at best, and the service was embarrassing. Food was drenched in sauces to cover the cheap quality meat being used by the kitchen. Stay away from this spot and go to Nick and Sam's. read more

My friend and I decided to have lunch at Table 13. We were sat immediately. The restaurant itself was beautiful, It had a cool 60's vibe with very nice decor. We both ordered an appetizer. My friend ordered the calamari and I ordered the tomato soup. The calamari was sooo good and the tomato soup melted in my mouth (I should have ordered a bowl). For lunch I ordered the Artichoke Fettuccine....YUMMY... Lastly we ordered the Bananas Foster. The presentation was great and it DID NOT disappoint,. the cinnamon ice cream tasted so good. I've been to a lot of steakhouses and I've gotta say, this is by far my favorite place to go. Excellent service, great ambiance and terrific food make this the go to for special occasions. Only one of three restaurants in dfw to serve the Beef Wellington, they do it on par with Las Vegas Steak by Gordon Ramsey. Aside from the Beef Wellington we also had the Table 13 style Filet, which was just as good if not better! I know, hard to beat but they made the filet with seasoned melted cheese on top and a slice of mozzarella cheese in the middle of the steak. It was out of this world melt in your mouth. Make sure to try he fingerling potatoes as well because their seasoned! The dessert was a little underwhelming, we had the Chocolate hot fudge brownie with Khalua ice cream but the brownie was not as mouth watering as the rest of the courses. I highly recommend this restaurant on your next romantic night out, their live band/singer we had that night sounded like Michael Buble! read more

This is a great anniversary or birtay restaurant , apparently on a Saturday night it's super busy and if you want the table next to the music it will be booked up 2 weeks in advance ! We went on a Thursday night and there was a piano player and a man singing w him ! It's such a cool place ,old school retro feeling crooner lounge/restaurant. They have a table there that supposedly was at the sands dunes in Vegas where the rat pack used to party. Our waiter BIG HERM made the experience even better , his recommendations were great! Unimpressed! Start to finish.. service, drinks, appetizers.. all subpar. Only saving grace is the meal portions.

We visited with our son, daughter and close friends for our very special 50th anniversary. Even rented a limo for this milestone occasion! Just wish we had chosen another restaurant!!! We were seated and promptly forgotten... apparently we had two waiters who were not communicating.. After my husband inquired after our drink order, finally around 20 minutes later our drinks came. When our meal finally came the salads were a disappointment to say the least. My son's caesar salad was overpowered by anchovies and my husbands grilled romain was small with a nearly raw half poached egg on top.,, I skipped the salad optimistic that the overpriced surf and turf would be delicious and generous... I was wrong on both counts...The lobster tasted as if it had been frozen , was served with no butter or sauce on the side and was cold... what can I say about the nondescript filet with no grill marks and there was no sauce that was described by the waiter,-----except meh!!! Service was extremely erratic at best... The bread was probably the best item. We chose the restaurant mostly for the ambiance and Marc Touissant trio because we had enjoyed them before. However, his music seemed to match the quality of the food,.....Marc seemed not in an entertaining mood.... When he announced it was our fiftieth, he remarked that "if you live long enough you get to celebrate a 50th"! Not quite as special as we had hoped to say the least. He was extremely "off his game" that night for some reason. Both rest rooms were out of order so everyone in the restaurant had to go outside and walk next door to use those in the May Dragon restaurant. We went last night and was so disappointed. We have been there many times and never once had a bad experience. First the bartender was very unfriendly. The server we had was ok but had no personality. The new general manager was present but did not appear to be interested in checking on tables. The room they put us in was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. We were over charged at the bar. Was not the experience we have had in the past. Very disappointed.
