I understand that you may have had an equipment problem, but that's the point where a manager sends someone to Walmart to buy freakin' soda. Or at least tell people at the door and offer a refund. Don't let us sit through the first 20 minutes of the movie trying to find the sodas on your janky website. And then once we solved that and placed an order, we had both a pizza and a mixed drink that never showed up, so we spent a good deal of the movie walking out to try to find an employee (who were bogged down with a long line of other people with problems because of this awful service model. And finally, to add insult to injury, you have a hidden 18% gratuity on the check in spite of employees verbally "reminding" you to leave a tip as well as literature at the chairs saying the same. It's just beyond unethical what you're doing here. Whatever bean-counting, private equity type accountant came up with this service model should be run out of town on a rail. Good grief ‍

This even was a case from California about an autonomous vehicle killing a cyclist. They put the CEO on trial for engineering the software for the vehicle and taking short cuts. This was a very fun date night and something different. We met some cool couples along the night and of course my partner bonded over parts of the case with them. This place is very clean and the bathrooms are nice and clean. There is a lot of parking throughout the little city of Garland. We did end the night across at a local watering hole and close it down with some good folks. If on Fever and see this as an option go ahead and choose it because it was a blast!

The concept alone had me intrigued. It's a fun idea and would make a great spot for a date night or an evening out with friends. My family and I came to see The Odyssey, settled into our reserved seats, and hit the service button. Unfortunately, that's where things started to go downhill. When we checked in, we were told that new signup members receive a free popcorn. My husband and I both signed up, so our plan was simple: order three popcorns, split the check, use our two free popcorns, and pay for the third. Easy enough... or so we thought. We arrived during the previews, but by the time our popcorn finally arrived, we were already about 15 minutes into the movie. At that point, I honestly could've walked to the concession stand and been back much faster. To make matters worse, the popcorn wasn't the warm, buttery movie theater popcorn you look forward to--it was cold. My son ordered jalapeños with his popcorn but was brought pickles instead... and then charged for them. The popcorn is advertised as bottomless, but getting the refill was somehow even slower than the first order. One person in our group never received theirs until we pressed the service button again. Thankfully, a different server noticed the delay, apologized, and brought it out quickly after realizing it had been sitting in the queue for quite some time. The billing wasn't correct either. We were initially charged for two popcorns, charged for the pickles we never ordered, and only one of our free popcorn rewards was applied. Now, I don't usually complain because I know restaurants and theaters get busy, but when there's an automatic 18% service charge, I do expect timely service and accurate orders. The bright spot of our visit was Connor, the manager. Once he was made aware of everything, he listened without being defensive, and immediately made it right. He honored both free popcorn memberships and even comped the third popcorn that I had every intention of paying for. He absolutely didn't have to do that, and I genuinely appreciated both his professionalism and kindness. He turned what could have been a much more frustrating experience into one where we at least left feeling heard. Would I come back? Maybe... but probably for dinner rather than the full dine-in movie experience. The concept has so much potential, but the in-theater service needs significant improvement. If they can tighten up the timing and communication between the kitchen and servers, I think this place could be something special. For now, I'd give high marks to Connor for exceptional customer service--but the overall movie dining experience still has quite a bit of room to grow.

Their pricing is competitive with all other surrounding theaters. Service is usually great, the food is surprisingly solid for a theater, and the theaters themselves are generally clean. The restrooms, however, always seem like they just survived the final battle scene of an action movie. This is still our go-to place. I love the rewards app, although I do feel like I should earn free popcorn slightly faster considering how much I've personally contributed to their economy. Best part: the throwback movie runs from the 70s-90s. There's something magical about watching your kids experience older movies on the big screen while enjoying a locally brewed beer.

Seating is comfortable and sight lines are amazing -- not a bad seat in the house. The orchestra section is off to the side so you can see each actor's facial expressions. There's a bar with alcoholic beverages and sodas in additional to light snacks such as candy bars and peanuts. If you're tired of paying $100 to have to use binoculars just to see the stage at DSM Fair Park, you should definitely come check out a show here!

The air conditioning was icy cold, which I was happy for! For those that got too chilly, right in the back are blankets available to use! How charming. I'd say every view is a good one here too, no bad seats. I found the chairs more comfortable than the ones at the Wyly Theatre for sure. The play itself was well done, good casting, especially Colonel Brandon, though he did make me think - Willoughby who? *fans self* The revolving stage was a little distracting, but the play itself was lovely as Jane's work almost always is. The.Addison After Dark concert series is a monthly attraction with live outdoor music that we need more than ever. The main stage in the southwest corner of Addison Circle Park is perfect for these shows. Life is good! Things aren't 100% normal, though. "Socially distanced circles" are drawn on the grass and you need to sit in your circle. Dancing is allowed, inside your circle. And, masks are encouraged when you move outside your circle. Coolers are allowed, with food, drinks and adult beverages. Wine and beer are sold here, too. After the sun goes down below the trees (about 8pm) it's fairly comfortable. We're definitely enjoying the show and will return for others.

They utilize both local and national playwrights and out on a variety of shows -- solos, musicals and straight plays. T3 is definitely a can't-miss theatre experience in The Big D!
