This is your average boba place .I ordered their royal fresh milk tea with pearls. Personally, I thought the milk tea tasted watery. I didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped I would. The place is clean and kind of small, but there's definitely ample seating. The workers are okay, nothing out of the ordinary. They have a buy 10 get 1 free stamp card. The Wintermelon Milk Tea is what keeps me coming back to this place, but my 2 stars are for the people making my drinks. Almost every time I come here, I finish my LARGE milk tea with pearls in about 4 sips. This is because whoever makes the milk teas loads the cup 3/4 of the way with ice. I did not pay approximately $4 for a cup full of ice and a splash of flavor. This is so disappointing and has happened more than 3 times. I was there yesterday. We ordered 2 drinks.. Both drinks were very disappointing. My husband ordered 0% sugar, his was soooo sweet he couldn't drink it. Mine was a passion smoothie but it had the fruit seeds in it. Who in their right mind would put seeds on a smoothie.. I ordered boba too, I almost chipped a molar when I was chewing the boba because of the seeds. Also the girl taking our order had an attitude when responding to questions.. This T4 location's customer service is terrible. First of all, we were the only ones in the store when we ordered. I ordered two drinks, and they forgot about one. Then when I asked for it, it took them another 10 minutes just to make it, while finishing two other orders beforehand (who ordered after us). When I got my drink it wasn't even full. Not to mention, one of the staff members was extremely rude. This place has awful service, and I won't be returning. read more

The girls working were super nice but just did not enjoy my avocado smoothie, it was very bitter when most places its sweet. LOVE everything about this location~ it's convenient for me because it's only a 5 minute walk from where I live! I used to drive out to the Dublin location just for their boba. I have only missed a couple days since they first opened! It's great that they offer your choice of sweetness and ice levels, and their ingredients are fresh! The staff is friendly and they make the drinks much faster than many other boba places I have visited, regardless of how busy it is. They have a large menu to choose from and also many toppings, which allows me to mix things up ^-^ Their snacks are also great too, mild is prettty spicy! Meh. This review is based on both the drink I ordered and the service. Keep in mind, I am not a pearl milk tea aficionado or picky at all about my drinks. I'd go anywhere but I came here solely for the location, as it was closer to my home than the T4 located in Dublin. Service: It took the staff 20 minutes to make my drink at a time when it was NOT even busy (there was no one behind me in line). Granted, I understand that this place recently opened but the staff seemed unperturbed that I stood waiting that long for a very basic drink. Also- 4 additional drinks were eventually ordered after mine. All four drinks left the cafe before mine was even called. Thus, I find the service to be disorganized and slow. Drink: This might be an outlier but I ordered the Jasmine Green Tea with Grass Jelly. Maybe it's because I had never ordered grass jelly before in my life, but I had not envisioned my drink to consist of a giant clump of jelly that took up 60% of the cup before the tea was even poured in. I could barely taste the tea, and it tasted like I was just solely drinking grass jelly. I only finished half of my drink before I had to throw it away, so I will not be ordering the grass jelly ever again. As a side note- I love the T4 located in Dublin. I just wish this one was more like it, especially in terms of the service. I am definitely keen on coming back over the next few weeks to try their pearl drinks and maybe to update this review. read more

Super friendly and great customer service. I stopped by on my bike to pick up a couple drinks to go. I was greeted with a smile and my order was taken. I always customize my drinks and they have no problem getting it right. I pay and go back outside just because I have my bike out there. When the drinks are done I see them on the counter. As I head for the door to go back into pick them up I'm pleasantly surprised by the girl that bags them and walks over to meet me and hands them to me. Well done! read more

Love their Happy hour starting at 7pm. We come here at least once a week, if not more. Family favorites are the basil popcorn chicken and fried squid. The milk tea feels a little watered down compared to others, but my kids love the smoothies. read more

This is our second visit to their soft opening. Their regular sized drinks are $2.50 (toppings extra). All the drinks tasted good. We got mostly smoothies. I'm a fan! I tried the Earl Grey milk tea, 30% sweetness. I actually thought it could have been a little sweeter, and I'm not a big fan of sweet drinks. But still good! My bf had the okinawa milk tea, 30% sweetness and I loved it! The pearls were sweet and chewy, and you could really taste the browned sugar taste. We also got the popcorn chicken, spicy level 2, which was delicious! It was pretty spicy for me, so next time I'll opt for level 1. Will definitely be back! read more

My drink was okay, it was kind of sweet and had an herbally taste. It was alright, but wasn't something I would order again. The oolong milk tea was good but the boba was kind of hard and lacked flavor. Overall, it was an average experience. I would come again and try something else. I drink milk tea alot, and to hear that T4 is 2 minutes away from my house i was very happy but this place is okay.... had drinks at the grand opening and it was too sweet, had peppermint milk tea and it was great, bought a hot milk tea and it tasted like water. Since this place is new i guess they haven't learned to makes the drinks correctly. if i were you Id drive to the Dublin's t4 its a little bit far but it will be worth because the drinks taste a lot better there. read more

Another new boba place in the area that is still sub par. Still waiting on one that is as good as places located in Oakland/Alameda/ Sf area. Uncustomized drinks tend to be too sweet and too watery. I always order 30% sweetness and ice level. Also be careful on your topping choice because toppings such as jellies are accompanied with a heaping spoonful of sugar water as well!! My favorite drinks here are earl grey milk tea with pearl and royal peach tea. Both are not too sweet after to customized which is nice because tea house drinks usually give me a stomach or head ache. They give a really good amount of food in each order which is great and worth the money. The egg puffs are also the perfect sweet snack. But not too sweet not too bland. This is another reason why I love this place. The snacks are a must with your drink! The pearls are always perfectly chewy and there are many toppings to choose from The place can get busy even in a quiet plaza. Workers and teens come in to work on their own stuff on computers and just chill and study while sipping a good drink and eating some food to feed their brain. I've been wanting to try this T4 and compare it to Dublin T4. This location is smaller and the tables and building are oriented more laterally (greater distance between the two walls to the left and right of the door) rather than Dublin T4 which is rectangular and long (greater distance between the door to the cashier). The drinks taste very similar to how drinks taste at Dublin T4. I ordered rose milk tea with boba, 0% sweetness and standard ice. I would say they taste only 2-3% different, which is impressive since chain stores don't always maintain consistency between locations (Quickly). The boba is a bit softer here than Dublin. The thin plastic sealed lids also have different patterns. They are also using the older cash register and ordering system rather than the newer one that Dublin T4 has. This location is also quieter and there was less of a line than at Dublin T4 which tends to get VERY busy on weekends. This is a solid milk tea place but Dublin Quickly still has my heart. read more

A potential new boba place for me. I think T4 is a decent，reliable boba shop. I've come here most recently on a friend's recommendation. T4 seems to have more of a focus on different types of tea. You can get things like royal tea, thai tea, grass jelly, etc. There's lit of seating here, and the interior is nice and bright. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll make sure to come back. Seems like a cool place to grab a drink with a friend to sit and chat. read more

The drink is very good here! I always order Black Milk Tea with pearls. Perfect milk mixture and the sugar. The best thing is they put little bit of ice when ordering 30% ice unlike the T4 You store in Dublin. Over there they put sooo much ice even though I always requested 30% ice. This place also sells Taiwanese minced pork with rice bento. Friendly workers here. Definitely prefer this store over the one in Dublin. Too many girls with attitude at the Dublin store.
