I stopped by last weekend with a group of people and we somehow ordered the same thing which was the Earl Grey flavored tea with boba. This is one of the only spots that I know carries it and they do it pretty well. Parking can be difficult at this location depending on the time of day. It just so happens the last time I visited, we had to park far. The teas are good though and you can select how sweet and how much ice you want in your drink. I love going to T4 at the location in Fremont, but since I work in Dublin, I decided to give this place a shot. I wanted a regular milk tea, but I was served earl grey instead. Didn't taste that bad, but I did get extra tiny boba, and when I saw it wasn't in there, I asked them if they could put what I purchased in the drink, and they said they already did. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. HUGO Yeh (the larger set guy) is so incredibly rude and snappy with his voice. I asked him if he could speak in a clearer nicer tone that I wouldn't be so offended by his ill-mannered demeanor. I have been a patron of this location for over a couple years and spend at least $25 per trip into that store (weekly). He argued with me when I said there was no Aloe (which they charge extra) and proceeded to push that he was correct and did NOT offer to add the Aloe. They ALL begrudgingly stamp the boba cards (as if they pay for it out of their personal pockets) I have had enough of his crappy customer service. I tried to call the store to speak to a a manager who is apparently "on a LONG vacation" and HUGO proceeded to tell me "to be a better customer" when I suggested that he should just apologize when he's at fault. I want to support "mom and pop" local businesses but let's face it, BOBA joints are a dime a dozen and I'll happily take my business elsewhere .. and make sure that all the families I know won't patron at this location any longer as well. Although my drink was a bit too sweet for 50%, I'm still giving this place 4 stars because you can really taste the delicious tea! I got the passion fruit royal tea with pearls, 50% sweet, 30% ice. It was still way too sweet and sour, so next time I'll try just the plain green tea or milk tea without any flavoring. However, I did enjoy the tea and the flavoring wasn't too bad. I can see why people love this place! My boyfriend had the rose milk tea with pearls, 80% sweet and no ice. His milk tea was actually not as sweet as mines. So I guess depending on which drinks you get the sweetness differs. This place was crackin' and loud on a Saturday night ! We will be going to the Fremont location just to try their other flavors. Some people seem to be upset though, that they couldn't get any fried snacks with their Boba since they apparently don't have enough fryers in the back. Horrible Service & Shouting from Inside. Today, the boba maker guy (very large and fat in shape with long hair tied and beard) came out of the kitchen and shouted very loud to "Get OUT of the store!" (pointing towards the door) just because I was in line alone with a baby puppy leashed. This was the most obnoxious experience I had while waiting in line to pick up a drink. Really good milk tea. Tastes like actual tea, not the powdery stuff. The popcorn chicken is good too. It has a hint of sweet flavor, but pretty good. The chicken is real chicken. You can tell. I hate Quicklys in Dublin, so this has become a good go-to spot. Comparable to Kung Fu Tea, but not sure if it's worth the extra trip since I live in Pleasanton. New boba place in Dublin. I never knew this place was open. Ended up coming here on the weekend. The line was all the way to the door and there was a huge crowd waiting for their order. What makes this place different is that you get to customize how sweet and how much ice you want in your drink. The price seems reasonable for the area. They charge extra for pearls and other toppings. I ordered elegant rose royal tea. (80% ice and 30% sweetness) it was soo delicious and refreshing. One of the best boba drinks I've tasted so far. The selection of teas is extensive (although their smoothie and fresh fruit selections is minimal as compared to other places). Since they opened, I have probably frequented this place enough to get 2-3 free drinks with their stamp card. Then, I suddenly stopped going as it was just inconsistent. I rarely write a review on yelp, but my family and I are very impressed on the changes is T4 Dublin. T4 has been around for many years and have transitioned through time. When they first started, they were the only tea store in town. Their drinks and service were really good. The only down side was the long line. One of my favorite was Okinawa Milk tea with 80% sweet and 30% ice with small pearls. I also enjoy the light taste of tea which not overpowering of sweetness and doesn't taste like chemical. My family enjoyed various fruit drinks and tea drinks As more and more tea stores opened around, we went and enjoyed different drinks at other stores as T4's quality began to go down. Recently, my family and I decided to try T4 again since we were in the plaza after lunch and didn't want to drive somewhere for a drink. It turns out T4 made some changes that had us coming back for more. T4 replaced new chairs and the place looks a little brighter and bigger. We always felt the place was cramped at times, but the change was for the better. The most important part are the drinks and food for all us since we can't be eating and drinking chairs. :) I ordered my usual Okinawa milk tea with pearls and my family ordered their drinks. The taste has improved dramatically since the last time we went. The tea taste has improved as well as not overpowering on the sugar and is provided on what I ordered. My children and wife drank their drink really fast since they enjoyed it so much. I guess a brain freeze was in order for my son since he drank it fast and furious. :) We ordered their basil popcorn chicken which they placed real basil and lots of chicken with the right amount of seasoning. We've been to places where basil is not part of the chicken or 1 leaf is considered basil chicken which can be disappointing. The chicken was juicy and not hard to chew on. My kids would be the first to complain if it was too hard to chew and the seasoning was just right. If you prefer more seasoning, you can always add your flavor. We give 5 stars for their drinks and food. Service is usually pretty good when there is no line, but there is still room for improvement as well as for their cleaness. I'm a huge fan of their Oolong and Caramel milk tea, definitely the drinks I'd recommend here. However, I find their drinks on the sweeter side, so I usually settle for 80% sweetness. As always, get your boba chilled- 80% ice also does the job for me. I've also had their Basil Popcorn Chicken as well and found it better than the generic one you'd find at Quickly's down the road. I went up to wait for the chicken after the drinks came out and the guy who was bringing the chicken bumped into something, knocking the open box of chicken out of his hands and on to the floor. He picks up 2 pieces that fell out, took the rest of the chicken and puts it on the counter and calls out '43' (our number). After pointing this out to the cashier, she brings it to the back where the two laugh about it. My first time was impressive! Great, classy ambiance. I had the pearl milk tea with 30% ice and standard sweetness and it was a good balance. No need for the standard level of ice. My drink was cold enough with 30% ice and you can get more of your drink! Also, as a personal preference, it is worth waiting longer to get larger pearls. The wallpaper is also really fun. To top it off the last time I was double charged cause an employee didn't know how to work the system. & they never call out the number of the drink order that is ready. You would assume that in the area that it's in.... the respected and customer orientation would be great but it's not. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER @ T4 location.
