139 Market street don't waste your time going to. Went there with a working phone and wanted to have service changed to another phone we had. After they touched it neither phone worked and was told we had to buy new sim card for $10 and they acted like they didn't care. Paid it just to have old phone to work again. Ended up going to Loudoun street and they were very helpful with everything and was told they don't charge for sim card. Will never return to Market street again. read more

I am very happy with the service I received from Alexis this evening. I came to activate a second phone to my account. The phone is a present for my seven year old granddaughter who loves to text, FaceTime and watch PBS kids. Alexis helped me with every step of the multiple codes required to set up service. She then proceeded to help me with parental controls. Alexis and the other T Mobile staff person greeted me warmly when I entered the store, Alexis listened carefully to my need and then helped me achieve it. Thank you again, Alexis! T-Mobile has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. The "experts" as they call themselves, are rude, dishonest and do not have the knowledge to assist. One outright lied to me and then when I caught her in the lie hung up. Another got part way through the order process & hung up, never called back. We had an issue with a number not "porting," it took 3 people to get to the solution. I was not told about an offer for a free iphone 13 when signing up for service. I got a sim card for my current phone & activated it. When I called about the free phone I was charged an activation fee, even though the sim card is already activated. I am having serious doubts about T-Mobile and regrets about switching carriers. read more

T-Mobile has the worse cellular service and so called experts out of all phone companies. First, I purchased a LV60 thin Q duel screen phone a year ago. They knew that LG was not making parts for phones anymore. They still took my $800 and sold me a phone that would become obsolete. The duel screen cracked when I dropped it a week after purchasing it October 2020. Since the duel screen was considered an accessory, and LG didn't make parts anymore. I was stuck with a duel screen phone with no duel screen. As far as service, T-Mobile has bamboozled many of its cellular clients into believing that they have the best and most reliable 5G network. I have been arguing with their so called experts since January of 2021 in regards to dropped calls, No Network available and no 5G speed. My average time on the phone with a so called expert has been 90 plus minutes. Not only am I continously experiencing dropped calls, no connection and low bandwidth on my phone and T-Mobile internet, the experts are dumbfounded about the whole matter, while I am losing clients on my business plan with them. I am being offered $50 for my inconvenience while I am losing potentially thousands, and asked to give them another chance on several occasions. Still, my problem of dropped call, No Connection and Low Bandwidth continues after 11 months. What is ironic is that many of the dropped calls has happened while TALKING TO T-Mobile. I live in a big city and found out that they only have 2 cell towers, the closest being a mile away from me. Wait for it - I am not even connected to any one of the 2 towers in my town. I am connected to a tower that is over 6 miles away from the City I live in. This is for both cellular and internet. All the apps that I purchased cannot be watched without issues. My NBA League Pass, Hulu, HBOMAX, Disney+, and others all have A low bandwidth warning and keeps buffering. T-Mobile cellular and internet are trash. If you are considering switching, Please don't. Trying to get a SIM card for a Mobil hotspot. First they temp me I can't get a prepaid service that there was only post paid service. Then when I got a T-Mobile representative on the phone while in the store so they could verify a prepay service is absolutely available the young boy at the counter refused to sell a pre pay card. He said they only sell post paid. T-Mobile corporate said the kid was wrong. These clowns at this store are pushing other services. Beware this store will lie to you to maximize profits. I will be get hotspot service elsewhere due to the games the T-Mobile stores plays. read more

Got a new phone here and had an employee put on a screen protector, when she didn't understand that it had a spot for a thumb print she just took it off and snapped it, after that she told us they were out of screen protectors. The manager helped us in the end setting up shipping for a replacement, just have no clue what the thought process was with taking it right off and snapping it read more

My husband and I just went to the Market street t mobile to add a line and purchase a phone. The salesperson was Rebeka. It was so refreshing to have a salesperson who seemed to enjoy her job and was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She took the time to answer our questions and offered to make phone calls and help us with adding some apps we weren't familiar with. While we were there 2 other employees were helping other customers and they were just as courteous and informative as Rebeka. We will be going back to this location for all of our T mobile needs in the future! read more
