Over priced. Says you get 10 minutes of dryer for $0.29 , but you actually only get 5 minutes. Washers have mold in then Only good thing is they are open 24 hrs. Which is usually where homeless people come to rest. Mold in the washer place is usually dirty. Wish the had other laundromat in the area. read more

When you need access to a washer & dryer this is a good option. Multiple washers 3,4,6 load washers and equally dryer to accommodate.

I was a regular customer of their wash and fold service for about a year. In September of 23, I dropped off my laundry as usual and picked it up on time. Noticed when I got home items were missing- like a lot of items. I called and asked if they forgot to give me a bag- got some attitude and was told I was given everything I dropped off. I said ok and just chalked it up to either I'm losing my mind or never use the wash and fold service again. Fast forward to Feb 24 I get a voicemail that they are going to dispose of my items if I don't pick them up- ok so they never called between sept and Feb and now they want to throw it away? But alright, so I picked up the items (an entire other bag) and have been doing my own laundry convenience be damned. Then today I'm in there doing my own laundry and ask to use restroom, mind you it's obvious I've been in there doing laundry for the past hour and the guy says (rather harshly) no customers in restroom. I'm over this place. Plenty of other laundromats in this town. I will no longer use this or any super suds location. read more

I use to frequent the Wash, Dry, Fold in winchester they had an absolutely amazing employee that kept the facility clean, processed the orders quickly and at a high standard. Since her departure the store is messy and often closed during posted business hours. Now to find a new site to take my business to. read more

Pro: moderate size parking lot, food vending machine, laundry supply vending machine, crane machine, bitcoin machine, clean environment, friendly staff, pay app Con: limited amount of washer & dryer. Renting an Airbnb that don't provide washer and dryer here so,I had to find a laundromat that was close to me. Upon a google search this establishment came out and based on the google reviews I decide to try it. The parking lot is moderate size so no issue there. The washing machine here take quarters so upon entering you have a machine on the right side that will give you change for your dollar bills. Idk why some washing machine having differing price to wash but the machine I used take 3.75$ for a wash while I have seen other machine cost 5$. For the dryer one quarter will only give you 5 minutes. They also have a food vending machine, a laundry supply vending machine, and a crane machine for fun. Also, there is an option to drop your laundry off and they will clean for you and then you come and pick up. All in all, an ok place to have your laundry done and the staff here seem nice. read more

I've been here a few times and the machines all work well, however, this morning while washing blankets I was told that customers could not use the bathroom. Apparently, this is due to a customer messed it up (that's a quote). If I'm not good enough to use your bathroom, you're not good enough for my money. Never using this place again. read more

The early hours are appreciated, no bathroom open was not. The sign said "no public bathroom", the door locked and no attendant said no bathroom for paying customers either. No way to wash your hands. Not the cleanest laundromat for what you're paying. I'd skip this one. read more

I have used SuperSuds twice in the last month, and have found them to be excellent, very responsive and helpful. I will be using them again. I give them a 5 out of 5. read more

Edit to my previous review..... I gave SuperSuds a second chance and since then, there has been a change in employees. They were able to fix my issues and I am thrilled! I recommend this laundromat to anyone who needs a good clean place to wash their clothes! read more
