I dropped off a cashmere sweater to have 4 antique cut steel buttons put on and put them in a bag attached to the sweater and a pair of pants to them and I came to pick them up and not only were the buttons replaced, they lost the antique buttons and never hemmed the pants. I was met with blank stairs and poor communication and no idea where anything was.
