I dropped off a cashmere sweater to have 4 antique cut steel buttons put on and put them in a bag attached to the sweater and a pair of pants to them and I came to pick them up and not only were the buttons replaced, they lost the antique buttons and never hemmed the pants. I was met with blank stairs and poor communication and no idea where anything was. I cannot stress that if you want your clothes to come back clean and alterations to be done correctly go anywhere else.

This is in reference to Super Suds at 2107 S. Loudoun Street Winchester, Virginia. I go to this…read morefacility several times a month for laundry needs. Each time I visit there are homeless people hanging out in there. These homeless people smell horrible and talk to themselves making the actual customers uncomfortable and not wanting to be there, especially the women that are in there alone. I have called the police several times and I was informed tonight that the manager or on call person for the police informed the police that they are "ok" with the homeless people hanging out in their establishment. Being this is the case I will take my laundry needs somewhere where these people do not own a laundromat. My prayer is that this facility goes bankrupt. I will let the whole community to know to stay away from your facility as well. PS: You never have hot water anyhow!
