The QR codes on some of the dryers are for different machines. Luckily the machine is paid for was not in use and I just had to move my laundry. This issue could easily be corrected, or QR codes removed on mismatched machines. read more

IF I COULD GIVE A RATING OF LESS THAN ONE STAR, I WOULD I sent in (via FFL pick-up service) a week's worth of laundry--clothes, towels, bed linens, etc.--following my return from a beach trip. The good news is that the laundry was picked up promptly, seemed to be clean and was nicely folded. The bad news is that it was returned to me a number of hours after the promised deadline, and it came back without a brand new set (minus one use) of sheets and pillow cases. I promptly went into the store (it was a Saturday) and explained the situation. The clerk took my information and told me she would contact the boss and that the boss was usually "pretty good" about responding, but that there was no more the clerk could do. I said okay, and that if I had not heard anything I would be back on Monday. To my disappointment (but not surprise), I heard nothing and returned to a different array of clerks. One of them went through the same fruitless (but really, really slow) search of all of their storage closets (to no avail) and interrogation as had been performed on Saturday, contacted the boss, and returned to say, in essence, that I was out of luck. Among other excuses were (1) that the laundry weighed the same before and after, so I "must have" gotten everything back and (2) that their cameras did not show any sheets in my order, so "I did not bring any in". Clerk #2 showed no proof of either of these assertions, delivered in a tone that made clear she thought I was lying, and refused to put me directly in touch with the boss. She clearly did not consider the possibility that I might be telling the truth and made no attempt to act in accordance with the tried and true rule that "the customer is always right". I insisted that I needed to hear from the boss, and if I had not, I would be back the next day. As of this writing, the boss is silent and no attempt has been made to make me whole. The sheets were not particularly expensive, but a business that does not stand behind its work is not one with which I care to do business. read more

I took some very large, bulky quilts, blankets and comforters in and they were washed, folded and packaged in plastic zippered carrying bags within just a few hours. They offered different soap options (scented, unscented) or they said they could use my detergent/softener if I preferred. They have a drive-thru option as well. The experience was great, and everything came back clean and ready to store until next winter. Totally worth it! read more

Being a traveling worker, I'm usually left to wash my clothes at laundromats. Fresh folded is by far the cleanest one I've seen anywhere. And the first that I've seen where you pay at the machine interface and then just go press start on the washer/dryer that you're using. Solid 10/10 I highly recommend!!! read more

I love these guys! I have a king-size bed so I can't fit my comforters in my washing machine. I can place an order with Freshly Folded online and have them pick up and drop off whenever I need. They always return the comforters in their own bag which is nice for storing. Only once did I have an issue... one of my comforters wasn't dry all the way and the bag I had the blanket in wasn't returned to me (it was a blue IKEA bag - no biggie). Other than that, no real issues and I will continue to do business with them. read more

Easy to use site to schedule pick up/delivery, wonderful staff who are willing to customize the services, and saves so much time and effort!

This is place is fantastic! The self service area is clean, the machines are new and very efficient, they even offered water and donuts. We used the drive thru service, and left them with 85 lbs of laundry (we've got a big family and had a little laundry crisis) and after asking us for our preferences like separating whites and darks, etc, they washed, dried, folded, and bagged our stuff for us for a very reasonable $1.75 lb. We we're told to allow 24hrs from start to finish, but they sent me a text just five hours later to tell me they'd already finished our order. Everyone was very friendly, it's a family/veteran owned business, and they don't require you to schedule a drop off time to use the wash and fold service, even when you show up with eight big bags of laundry. read more

this place has gone downhill fast! the customer service is bad and the owners have been rude as if they dont want my business. they are NOT the only laundrymat in town and they are not the only one that offers washing service. and to tell customers of other reviews that what the customer said happened did not happen is upsetting. and to always have a come back to negative reviews implies they have a difficult taking constructive critism and would rather be definsive. also that is a reflection of the negative attitudes the business has put forth toward customers the past several times I have used them. also threatening customers in violation of the law is not good, I heard them tell customers information that they cant do. sad to see them go downhill but I am sure other businesses will be more than happy to take their customers. read more
