I absolutely love their wash dry food, laundry service. It makes it very convenient for someone who's always on the go and doesn't have much time to do their own laundry at home. It's very affordable at $1.79 a pound with a minimum of 15 pounds of laundry. I have been using them for years and the price actually went down from the previous 199 and they have a quick turnaround time and the owner is very polite. also, they have a rewards program where you can earn credit that takes money off of your laundry and many times send out promo codes . read more

let me preface this by saying I am severely OCD. Even in my own home if I'm taking laundry out of the washer or dryer and it touches the floor, it has to be re-washed. I iron everything sheets towels etc. I was near Frederick visiting a friends mountain cabin. And decided that rather than trekking home with dirty laundry, I would find a laundromat and see if I could tolerate it. I arrived to find a spacious, clean, well staffed facility. As I waited for my laundry, I noticed that the three employees on duty were constantly busy. They cleaned the machines, including the soap dispensers with toothbrushes. Everything was clearly labeled, and they were extremely helpful with figuring out how to buy the laundry card and add money to it. if I still worked, I would've tried to steal each, and every one of those employees. They were pleasant, courteous, and focused on constant maintenance and customer service. I come to the area about once a month, and I can tell you it will be a rare occasion that I take dirty laundry home with me. read more

I was in desperate need of washing my huge fluffy blanket so I came to spot laundry to get the job done. Here are the pluses and minuses during my visit: The pluses: +Very, very clean. The facility is well maintained and clean +There is a variety of washers and dryers of different size loads +The employee's at this place work very hard to keep the place at the high standard +There's an automated machine that will load money onto a card so you can use that card for the machines. It's very easy to use and efficient especially when you don't have a roll of quarters +If you don't have laundry detergent or softener, these laundry-related items are available for purchase in the convenient vending machines (see pics) +Laundry mat is next to a Planet Fatness, so if you wanted to work out, you can while your laundry is in the wash or dryer. Not to mention, there's an Aldi too, so grocery shopping while your laundry is being done is an option too! The minuses: -The laundry-related items are a bit pricey (for example, 15 tide pods will cost you $9.50 or 2 fabric softener sheets will cost $1.00, that's a huge mark-up!). It might be best to go next door to Aldi and grab more economically-priced detergent there Overall, my experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to do laundry. read more

Yes, it very clean, except for the bathroom, and the attendant was adorable and kind. UNFORTUNATELY,as with EVERY Spot Laundromat that I've been to the dryers are TERRIBLE. If you have pets who happen to get fleas DO NOT expect to kill them with Spot dryers. I dried for over 45 mins and the glass in the door was just barely warm, my clothing was also just barely warm and I wound up going to a laundromat that is far less clean but that DOES work. I'm so sad about their choice in dryers because I do like the (.... screeeech!!) Update!!!! I just found out that dryers are free with wash , up to 1/2 hour, and that THIS IS THE REASON THAT THE DRYERS ARE TERRIBLE ; 45 minutes later they are still not even hot. Owner sets them this way intentionally so that you MUST pump your money into them. DISHONEST IS NO GOOD!!! read more

I dropped my laundry off twice here for wash and fold and both times I was super happy with the results. My clothes came out smelling nice, clothes folded neatly and button up shirts hung up. They take credit card or cash which is nice because a lot places only take cash. They do have a 15 lb minimum. Wash and fold for next day was $1.50 and $2 for same day. Great service, nice value and I have found my go to laundry spot anytime I am in town. read more

This place is amazing. I had a ton of laundry and more work than I could handle last week. I dropped off about 5 loads of laundry. I picked them up after I received a text telling me that they were finished. When I arrived to pick them up, they were washed, dried and meticulously folded. I only waited one day and it was the best $24I ever spent. When I got home to unpack them, there was a small envelope wedged in between some jeans. When I opened up the envelope there was a $50 bill that I had left and one of my pockets along with some change. The staff was so nice and so polite, but the level of integrity they have displayed is just something I don't see in many businesses lately. They definitely have a forever customer in me. read more

Had to use this facility for temporarily. This is clean and big place. There are around 25 washers in different sizes and 20 dryers. Good thing about this place is huge parking space. Nearby I found one more laundromat but it was small street parking. Rates are also reasonable. read more

I have tried MULTIPLE times to give this laundromat a chance. It's either one of two things, inaccessibility to a washer or unclean washers. Today took the cake. I spent over 40 MINUTES waiting on a SINGLE washer, bouncing between both areas and nothing becoming available. Then once one does become available, the store associate moves in front me and takes the washer for another customer, when she CLEARLY has seen me waiting for QUITE a long time. I then had to pay nearly $9 to wash in big washer, because NOTHING else was available!! This is the LAST time I'm coming here. Highly don't recommend. read more

As a single parent the simple things like washing and fold clothes can seem like another mountain of stress to climb. This was the first time I've ever let anyone help me and I'm happy it was with spot clean. My clothes was washed emmaculately and folded so neatly it was as if I just went into a nice department store and purshased items off the front shelf. I never rate something a 5, until now. The laundry is clean and the wash and fold service is the very best. The ladies that run the service are easily the best and the result is that the product they deliver is super. Shirts return in un wrinkled pants and shirts are on hangers and I could write paragraphs about this. Just remember to return the hangers. read more
