This place is so clean and quiet and the owner Jim is fantastic, he's so helpful and local Incase there's a problem and he isn't in a rush, he's been sitting here talking to me for an hour making small talk while I finish my laundry! He's so personable and i watched someone come in missing their blankets and he literally washed, dried and folded that Mans blankets and kept them in his office... he had them for 2 weeks waiting for this guy and when people don't claim their clothes and it's been a month or something he donates it all to the church. I had 2 large good quality quilts to wash and needed a larger washer. A friend told me about Mid-Town Laundromat. Since it's a small town I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was impressed!! The owner was there and was happy to show me the machines, the trick to not use a full cup of detergent, and got me started. There were 2 other people doing their laundry and everyone was pleasant and friendly. There is a table where the kids can hang out and color, and play with the phones. All the machines appeared new, and everything was extremely clean. I will not hesitate to return next time I need to get laundry washed. Oh, and the quilts turned out great!! read more

We live in Middletown and our washer broke, the new washer was not in stock when we purchased it so we had to go 9 days without a washer, for a family of 7 you can only imagine how bad this was. Fortunately, this laundromat was conveniently in town. To my surprise, it was very clean and well kept up. All the machines worked perfectly, to include the "money change" machine. As for the prices, they seemed appropriate, washers generally require $2.50 per load and the dryers are roughly .25 cents per 6 minutes ($1.00 - 24 minutes). There also is a vending machine with laundry items (detergent, softeners, bounce sheets., etc). I don't recall the exact count but there are about 10 washers and dryers. The availability was perfect, the three times I utilized this place there were multiple machines open if not all of them. I was able to do my entire wash ( 6 loads) in less than 1.5 hours. Incredible! Additionally, on one visit the owner was there, he was very appreciative of my patronage and asked if there was any he could do. He seemed passionate about keeping a very clean and functional establishment as well as ensuring it is also was safe, as he has multiple security cameras inside and outside the building. He also said they inspect and Clorox clean each machine each night for cleanliness and have someone during the day clean the entire establishment. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and happy this laundromat was available, here in Middletown. I would 100% recommend it. read more

This is hands down one of the best laundromat I have been to. It is on the small side but it is very clean and relatively inexpensive in comparison. I have yet to wait for a washer or dryer. The owners are great and obviously take pride in their business. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly laundromat this is it. read more
