I picked them up after I received a text telling me that they were finished. When I arrived to pick them up, they were washed, dried and meticulously folded. I only waited one day and it was the best $24I ever spent. When I got home to unpack them, there was a small envelope wedged in between some jeans. When I opened up the envelope there was a $50 bill that I had left and one of my pockets along with some change. The staff was so nice and so polite, but the level of integrity they have displayed is just something I don't see in many businesses lately. They definitely have a forever customer in me.

After a couple fails, I think I've found my (heh) spot. Spot is a relatively small laundromat, but it's clean and well-kept, with lots of light. It has a good number of washers and dryers, from single load to the "mega" front-loader that was perfect for our king-sized comforter. The machines were all in excellent shape and all in working condition, and I was frankly amazed at how fast the dryer dried our heavy comforter. We put in enough quarters for an hour, but it was done in half the time. My only complaint about the facility is that I'm used to facilities that have a sink, for pre-treating, or rinsing out your detergent cups, whatever, and this didn't have one. It's a small inconvenience, but I noticed. The parking lot is also a small one, with other businesses jockeying for space (and spaces marked out as belonging to just their business); however, it's very convenient to have a 7-11 and Mexican cafe right next door, and at the time we were there, the laundromat wasn't too busy, so we had no problems parking right in front. After a couple truly SCARY laundromats, I'm very happy to find Spot and I'll definitely be less reluctant to get my comforters washed.

And they are totally dedicated to their business. I brought in a silk shirt of my husband's with a bad grease stain, not sure anyone would be able to get it out since the shirt sat for more than a week. When I picked it up, the owner pointed it out to me and showed that the stain was gone. Now that's pride in one's work--also a rarity these days. All of the drycleaning is top-notch here, as are the clothing repairs. Another customer showed me a rip in his jacket that they'd repaired. It was impressive, could barely see the mend line. Be aware that since it's a small business, they prefer cash. I always try to pay all small businesses in cash anyway.

Parking is somewhat limited but I found a spot right away. I doubt the lot fills completely, and there is also a handicap spot right next to the door. The entrance is easy to find, and was greeted with the smell of fresh laundry and a big helpful hello by Priscilla, the employee. She talked and walked me through the process, and got me all set up. They sell laundry detergent by the pod, if you need it. There are plenty of large rolling baskets, and also plenty of table space for folding. The floor is clean slate tile, nicely done. Apparently you can use their laundry service, they will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you for a reasonable rate. You don't use coins for the machines, you have to use a laundry card, which they sell at a self-serve kiosk that takes cash or credit cards.
