Ruined my products, rude and unethical management, blamed me for the outcome of their poor quality of service, and the owner and manager refused to compensate me for damaged goods. My experience with Spot Laundromats leaves me feeling that the customer and service is unimportant as long as money keeps flowing into the business. I will never use this business again. read more

I just moved from PA to Hagerstown MD, and needed to find a new laundromat. Plenty down town with little to no parking. At my old laundromat they had cash cards you could just keep adding money to, had no idea I would find another place that offered that as well! Totally impressed, very big, clean, even has a tv and bathroom plus vending machines. The machines are big and clean and the only complaint is WiFi doesn't work at all and phone calls are bad reception in building but I am not coming here for WiFi or to get calls I am here for clean clothes! I will be back, love it's open 24/7 too! read more

Nice and clean, I had to recently move in with a friend who doesn't own a washer and dryer. He recommended this "spot" . It was clean, affordable and the machines wash ur clothes very well. First time using powdered detergent snd the lady was nice enough to step out from the back and teach me how. Thanks spot for making me feel welcomed! read more

I haven't been to a clean laundromat like this in decades. The method of payment is awesome! No more quarters to carry and weigh you down. Machines are reasonably prized with varying sizes to accommodate all load types. The only complaint I have is the loud-mouthed woman who barked at her kids 45 minutes. Once she left we were all relieved. read more

One side of the laundry mat was used up by 1 lady. All the machines are used by her. Had boxes of sheets and too many people in there to try to do there clothes. At least she could have shared some of the machines.. Had to leave And go to another laundry mat to dry my clothes. read more

Well, after I complicated the heck out of what should have been pretty easy, my laundry was picked up, and returned the next day all folded perfectly, the shirts and pants on hangers, smelling wonderful, clean, and soft. I was giddy. My socks were paired up. tee shirts were all perfect.. fitted sheets perfectly square, instead of that round thing I do that all the ladies in the laundromat laugh at me about. I will never ever do my own laundry again. Oh, you get to pick what soap and softener they use!!! And the Customer Service person, Justene, is friendly!! They returned all of my calls and emails, and I'm pretty sure I didn't totally piss her off with my million questions!!! Just do it, and thank me later. read more

Pretty run of the mill laundromat. Washers and dryers are clean, but there is very limited folding space. Also, they advertise WiFi, but it never works. read more
