I asked what happened & was told O I guess the sweater was old (it wasn't) then they said it must have been new next came it must have been cheap (it was $100 ). I asked why if they saw all these holes they didn't call me to confirm I still wanted the sweater cleaned as it was unwearable. I got no answer. When I asked what they could do for me they told me nothing. They did not even refund the cleaning fee. Dismal customer service. Will never use them again.
