Normally I would suck it up, head to the laundromat and get it done, however we are a high risk household, so indoors with strangers for hours isn't going to work in a pandemic. Never having done a laundry service, but seeing the good reviews for Honey Doers, I thought I would try them. Not only did I get my clothes picked up, washed and folded the same day, they also answered my 10000 questions leading up to my appointment, txted me reminders about leaving my clothes out, when I needed to pay, when they were done and when they were delivered. Honey Doers are the real deal and their customer service attitude seriously makes you feel like you are their only customer. I will absolutely be using them again.

I have since found out that their practice is illegal. Under Federal law a merchant can refuse a credit card for purchases under $10.00. However, a merchant can't refuse a debit card. My card clearly said debit. The sign he pointed to makes no mention of debit cards being accepted. I will be finding a dry cleaner with better customer service.

I will not mention the name of the business but there are only a couple dry cleaners in Gettysburg. You can figure it out. They were priced OK but the service was horrible and honestly I didn't feel like they did that good of a job cleaning my clothes. I know folks have off days so we tried about twice more. The straw that broke the camels back was when one of the employees was quite rude to my wife. So, my wife found J.C's. I feel they are a tiny bit more expensive but they are sooo worth it! Customer service is their number one priority and the quality is on point. I would recommend them to anyone especially over "the other dry cleaners".
