Not only did I get my clothes picked up, washed and folded the same day, they also answered my 10000 questions leading up to my appointment, txted me reminders about leaving my clothes out, when I needed to pay, when they were done and when they were delivered. Honey Doers are the real deal and their customer service attitude seriously makes you feel like you are their only customer. I will absolutely be using them again.

All I had was a $100.00 bill, he wouldn't take it because he wasn't prepared with change. I had to leave and come back with not so much as an apology. I have since found out that their practice is illegal. Under Federal law a merchant can refuse a credit card for purchases under $10.00. However, a merchant can't refuse a debit card. My card clearly said debit. The sign he pointed to makes no mention of debit cards being accepted. I will be finding a dry cleaner with better customer service.
