This one is run down, dumpy, (needs fresh paint and new magazines). Several of the larger 2-load machines have been out of service for some time. The right flipper on the Ghostbusters vintage pinball machine is broken (sticks open) so you can't play pinball, the mechanical vending machines for detergent, etc are broken, the candy machine now sells some clorox, AND pastries (is that even legal, food and clorox mixed??), you can't buy a bottle of water only warm cans of stale 6 month old soda, and there'no restroom! Its clearly a money-grab for the owners who can't re-invest their profit to really care for the people who come here. So bring your own detergent, coins and snacks-- you won't find any accommodations or assistance here. But, the machines work well. If you need to do your laundry, this appears to me to be the best laundramat around here.

At first not a problem, then it became creepy. To the point he used to try to come up behind me and help load my clothes into the dryer. After that, I stopped going when he was there. Until today I needed to wash my clothes during the day. He approached me 4 times during my visit about misc things. I told him I can't hear you I have headphones in and every time he came up to speak to me he then was yelling at me so I would hear over my headphones. He saw one of the machines ate my quarters per usual, at any given time 1/2 of their dryer are broken and eat my money. I had not had a chance to alert the worker because I had to run down my clothes to the other end of the laundry mat to use one of the dryers that was open. He then started to get an attitude with me and said stop walking away from me. That is where things started to take a turn. I told him he consistently is a little too close for comfort when I am in here trying to simply wash me clothes. He was yelling at me now following me around telling me to not walk away from him.....then he proceeds to come up behind me and throw quarters next to my arm when I was standing a folding table. This was the last straw for me. I then started to raise me voice and asking him to back off considering I was backed into the rear corner of the laundry mat. I told him every time I am in here you're up my ass now you're yelling at me & throwing $ at me??? Wtf dude. LEAVE ME ALONE. Mind you their dryers ate $2 of my money between dryers breaking I was throw 4 quarters at me & told to get the f*ck out. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS????? You are lucky I do not call the cops. Everything looks well maintained and the machines are high quality. I must have looked like a deer in the headlights as I stood at the machine to purchase a laundry card. One of the very friendly staff members was right there to help me purchase a card and figure out how much to load based on what I needed to wash. She also helped me figure out the best machines for the amount of laundry I had. As I sit here, another staff member has been cleaning and wiping down machines. I was absolutely dreading coming to the laundromat this morning, but if I hadn't purchased a new washer and dryer yesterday, I would have totally been okay delaying my purchase for a couple weeks to bring my laundry here.

There are places to sit, fold clothes, and several change machines. That's part of why only three stars. The change machines only take 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills. There isn't an ATM or a change machine that takes cards. The washing machines and dryers must be pretty old because they only take change, no cards. There is a machine for laundry supplies and another for laundry bags. There are no vending machines for beverages or snacks. No TVs. There is one unisex restroom. There is one utility sink with a tiny, ancient looking bar of soap and paper towels. There is no wi-fi. There are cameras on the walls, but I am not sure if I am the only person here. They are open 24/7/365. There's a Sheetz across the street. I guess I could have stopped there first.
