Somehow their tailor had a mixed message and completely deconstructed then reconstructed the dress in an odd way. The tag is now under the arm instead of the back and there is a seam running up the front. The dress no longer fits and is now worthless. It was brand new and still had the price tag. I took it back to show them and Mrs. Kim became combative insisting that the dress was like that when I brought it to them. I have photos before of the dress and it clearly was different. There is no question that it was mistakenly altered at their shop. She refused to listen and accused me of upsetting them. After 20 plus years of frequenting their shop, I'm shocked at her reaction. I've now also seen similar negative reviews. Extremely disappointing. I am now out $250 for the ruined dress and alterations which they refused to reimburse. I will never go there again.

The truth is, this laundromat functions just fine with coins. If you avoid the app and the QR codes, it will spare you the extremely frustrating experience that I had. I will be calling my bank on Monday and making sure that extra charges are dropped. But generally speaking it's not OK to use an app that is so faulty. Also, I lost money on the dryers because they didn't work after I put the money in and didn't refund my money. It's not the responsibility of the users to inspect the laundromat. It's the responsibility of the owner to not only inspect the laundromat, but also post appropriate signage that contains all the accurate information, in this case, you don't need the app.

I went across the road to the local Dollar Tree to get the laundry soap that I wanted because I wasn't sure if they sold laundry soap for those of us with sensitive skin.
