Use to be my favorite laundry mat. Now they don't care about there bread and butter everyday customers. They care about big accounts which should be handled overnight while business is slow. Instead they block all the large machines which I use 3 and all the large dryers. It's literally fighting to get small dryers on the weekend. Arrived at laundromat. It was busy, which is fine; but I went to the machine to get a card to use the dryers / washers and it wouldn't give me a card. It said ask an attendant. ( the other machine was broken btw ). No one at attendance desk. I looked around and waited 15 minutes. No one around. No one at desk and other guy waaited 10 minutes. Used then once last year. Senior' ss. They were great first time! I have a 24 inch drum washer. Other wise I would do myself. Thought this would be a great service for things I can't put in my washer and dryer. I'm very DISABLED as well. I called away earlier to do my 2 comforters and 4 queen size pillows. Left a message about Price. They blocked my number just goes in circles!! If I left a message and it went threw, why not now? I tried five times. New number new phone here. RIDE AS F -- TO DO THAT . I was desperate to find a same day wash and fold laundromat while in town and this was one of the few places that could accommodate me. I spoke to a young lady on the phone that insisted that if I came in right now they could take care of me. I arrived and the parking lot was packed with a lot of people just milling about outside. I found a spot in the back and walked in. I was greeted by an employee who seemed a little annoyed that someone told me that could do same day because she wasn't asked and was super busy. She was very pleasant and said to come back in 4 hours and my clothes would be done. I came back after work and grabbed my clothes. Now, I don't know if it was their fault or mine but when I got back to my hotel to unpack some of the clothes that were folded shifted and made very deep wrinkles. :/ All in all it was a good experience with very good price points. We let things get a little too far along and had several weeks of laundry to get through. Decided to splurge and get it done here. They did a great job, everything was clean, ironed, and folded. They can do it in a hurry if you need for a small upcharge but I wasn't in a rush so I just waited the 48 hrs to pick up. read more

Great laundromat. I went to do one load at about 10 pm and the staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable (I think $2.50 for a wash in a regular machine; $0.22 per 10 mins to dry on weekdays), and there is a good range of machine sizes for any load. There was a good crowd but plenty of open machines, and they are great about keeping the place tidy. WiFi and the TVs are a bonus, and the Festiva card system makes the process very easy. read more

My washing machine broke and I needed to get my laundry done. Due to COVID, I don't feel comfortable spending an extended period of time inside a place, so I dropped it off for wash and fold. When I arrived to pick up my laundry tonight the employee there had her mask on her chin. When I asked her to put it on, she rolled her eyes and scowled at me, and then asked me to just put the receipt on the counter if I really wouldn't get near her without her having a mask on. When she got back with my laundry she said "if you care that much about the masks why do you let us touch your clothes." As someone who works in customer service myself, I can't ever imagine talking to a customer like that, even if they were being dramatic (which I don't believe I was, as I asked extremely politely). When I tried explaining that I wasn't trying to cause a scene, I just wanted her to put her mask on if I was going to get close to her, customers nearby started audibly making fun of me for wanting her to wear a mask, and the employee laughed along with them. If you care at all about your health or safety amidst this pandemic, don't go here. They clearly don't believe it exists. read more

The parking lot however should e bigger specially the fact that it's open all the time and this is one of the BEST place to do wash ... This place also has Mega washer that cost $9.65 that could hold 6-10 loads ...!! Good for Spring Cleaning or someone who just holds off on washing "hint hint" anywho Monday thru Friday special 50% off drying ... So it will cost .22 cents !!! I've been only coming here because they play the football games as well as CNN so come try this place out worth every penny ... We own and operate a commercial cleaning company! One of our clients owns a cottage that sleeps 17-20 guests and we recently took on the responsibility of laundering sheets and towels, which can be an extensive amount of laundry. After doing some research in the area for drop off pick up laundry services, I came across Festiva! I contacted them via email and explained our situation. Carol was very responsive and helpful in explaining everything in great detail! We dropped off our first load of laundry (41lbs); Krystal D assisted us and she was awesome! When we came in I noticed she was busy "cleaning" where the machines were. I waited a little while not to disturb her, but then I rang the bell. She was so kind and helpful the entire time. Super nice lady! So the customer service was OUTSTANDING and far above what I expected! read more

Perhaps it is because the other review was written three years ago; I'm not sure as the ones on Yelp are more current and give the same glowing feedback. Who in the world is writing these?!?!?! It makes me angry because folks depend on the "average Joe" to give unbiased feedback and save them a lot of heartache...NOT!!!! I've given 2 stars vs. 1 for one reason: the lady on duty there was SUPER sweet, friendly, welcoming, patient and kind. OK, that's the total upside! Here's what I found: I would prefer not be use this location at night; it is NOT clean. Forget dropping your clothes on the floor, if you rub against the machine, you'll pick up the dust and dirt from them! You have to be very tall or use one of the silly stools to stand on to get your detergent into the top of the machine = what a silly format (dangerous, too)! Well-lit but, crowded and dingy. And, there are LOADS of machines out of order!!! SOOO frustrating!!! There IS a play area but, first you have to have parents who are paying attention to their kids and not chatting with their buds while the kids rip and run throughout. Obviously, no one who works for the shop is encouraging them to stop. There is too much noise from kids, people, and machines to hear and focus on these old TV sets. Folks are smoking outside the door so; you'll walk through that coming and going. The card vs. coin system requires you to pay $1 for this reloadable card that you insert into the machines, and the vending machines BUT you have to put $20 on for initial use. Yes, they have WIFI but, I'd rather sit in my car or, fun some errands. I'm at a loss to find an authentically clean, neat laundromat! The place on Lititz Pike that has the nerve to call itself "Extremely Clean" doesn't even have a sign on the front and is worse than this. Is this the best people have to use if they don't have the use of their own machines?!?!?!?!? Lessons learned: make a list of all of them and do drive-bys BEFORE I actually have to use them!!! ... and take reviews with MORE than a grain of salt!!! read more

Ultra fantastic experience! My husband and I are visiting the East Coast and 1 week into our 2 week vacation it was obvious doing laundry was overdue. When in college this was the task I hated the most because laundromats were always so unpleasant. I decided to search for laundromats on my iPhone and was pleasantly surprised to find the pleasant Festiva Lundry website. To say I was thrilled with the service is an understatement. I was ultra impressed on how very well thoughtout the business was. First, you are greeted at the welcome counter as a customer (what a novel approach!) and they explain how it all works - there is no need for hording your quarters, you put money (cash or credit card) and you get a laundry credit card to use to get laundry soap, fabric softner, wash and dry clothes. They also offer a service where they can do you laundry for you. As I took a tour of the large, well lite, colorful, clean facility there were more fantastic elements - a childrens inside play area, multiple tvs with different programs from HGTV to sports, tables and chairs for chilling out which your frocks wash & dry, clean restrooms, snack vending machines and there are also security cameras through the facility and there are tvs that customers can see so you can see the parking lot, kids areas and through the shop. The extremly pleasant owner even came over to say hi and chat about the books my husband and I were reading. This is a fantastic buisness and I would highly encourage the owners to franchise this and I would surely look for them on my travels! read more
