When you need a laundromat, Big Wash is the place to go. There are lots of washing machines and dryers. A lot of carts to move your laundry from the washers to the dryers and then to the folding stations. Pricing is clearly displayed in several locations and very reasonable. You even get free drying. Pete works there and is so helpful should you have any questions. The entire area is spotless with plenty of free parking outside. There are several TVs and chairs to sit and watch. The current staff ruined the place for me. Actually it was just one staff member but still, I've never felt so unwelcomed or valued as customer because of their conduct. I will no longer use nor recommend this place as long as this individual is employed there. read more

Unfriendly deceptive pricing. Hateful attendant. One star for air conditioning. Competitor just down the street a better choice.

i have always liked this laundromat, but! today i went in 01/18/21 it's 5:30pm and the only person working isn't wearing a face mask and is walking all over the place. i called and asked for the number to the main office to speak to the owner and the employee said i will have to call back on saturday when he's here. how can i report this disregard to the massive loss of life in the worst pandemic in 100 years at the worst peel time? there's no one to contact there's no number to leave a message! so here i am to let someone know just what kind of disregard and insult to all your customers. such a simple thing as wearing a mask. we have to wear masks all day in a warehouse with minimal contact with other people for 11+ hrs a day and this employee can't wear a masks in a very central place for contamination! i don't know if i can come back to this business and i come here every week for the last probably 4 years. read more

I am used to feeding coins into a slot in a laundromat, so this technology was bewildering. The owner/manager saw my confusion and immediately offered to help. She explained how the card system works and what options are available. Next came a tour of the five sizes of washers, and tips on how to maximize efficiency in the dryers. I started to load what I thought was a huge pile into the largest size washer when she said, "you don't need that big machine, come over here". So I put it all in the next-to-smallest machine, which looked like a mistake. It wasn't. I had been steered to a $4.95 washer instead of a $10.99 washer by the person who lost that $6! The dryers were very efficient, and there are plenty of carts and folding space. The facility is absolutely spotless. I've already started telling friends, and I will be back for sure. read more
