They look up your dry cleaning order by your telephone number. And they seem to remember my phone number before I give it to them. If you get your things in before 9, you can get them back after 4:30 the same day. Their cleaning is very good. I am particular about how my dress shirts are pressed (spot collars and cuffs and light starch). And their prices are fair. I am so pleased with them that though I now live 50 minutes away, I save up my cleaning and take it out there when I need to visit my work headquarters.

She tried on the dress there to show them where she would like the bustle. They said that they could provide those services and that it would be done in a month, which was fine with her. She arrived to pick up her dress on the date they provided, the dress was wrinkled at the bottom, the bustles were done incorrectly with unsightly buttons too low on the dress, and the arm straps weren't reinforced. When my fiance pointed out the issues, they said they would fix it in 5 days. And when she arrived to pick up her dress, they fixed the steam, reinforced the arm sleeves, and fixed the position of the bustle, but with mixmatched buttons and a bustle loop that can't physically fit over the bustle button (i.e. can't bustle the dress). After all of this, they still charged her the full price of $280 for the services. And she will likely have to fix the bustle herself because we waited a month and now we are one week out from the wedding.

Michelle Cleaners is not. Here's what happened. I brought in a bow tie a few weeks ago, have had it cleaned here before, no difficulties. They accepted the tie, meaning that they could get it done. When I brought my cleaned garments home, I found that my tie had been swapped for a different one - battered, worn-out, not what I gave them to clean. I brought this tie in to show the business and was told that I am the only person who brings in bow ties for cleaning. Apparently not, as somebody else did. I'm out a good $40.00 tie and when I gave the company the chance to make it right, they told me that it was my fault for bringing them the work. I was even charged to clean somebody else's tie. My good and expensive tie is gone and the company will not make this right, so my business is also gone. I won't be back.

I thought long and hard about making this review because I own a business, too. And reputation is…read moreeverything. But what happened to me here was so unbelievable, I'm still shook. Third time I go there. I've used them successfully for cleaning and alteration at this point. So I'm confident to bring in my high value items. Drop off clothes end of April. This is a load of designer stuff that needs alterations and then some of my regular cleaning. This includes an irreplaceable vintage Chanel blazer and other delightful goodies. The lady and her mom are talking about my clothes in their language almost the whole of my fitting. I take it as a compliment. My clothes are nice and I worked my azz off for them. I have a very curated closet. Get my ticket. Don't even look at it. On my merry way. Some work travel passes, I realize I've left my clothes almost a month. Go to pick my clothes up without my ticket. We have nothing. Says she doesn't remember me bringing this stuff in (it was her and one alteration was VERY specific so she's either lying or has zero memory). I'm on the verge of tears in disbelief. She's stone faced. I don't immediately leave and she's kind of like, what do you want me to do? She flips through one reel of clothes but how do you find a black jacket amongst a million black jackets? I leave stunned. Devastated. These clothes have importance to me. Go home. Find the tickets! They are UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME. Go back (I live up the road). I sh*t you not, she says, oh. You found them. Literally ZERO apology. No, oh, I'm so glad we found your stuff. Salty AF. Then she has the audacity to ask if I'd like to refit one pair of pants they couldn't do before because the pants got longer when ironed. Ummm, that's a heavy pass. This place straight up tried to STEAL MY CLOTHES. I'll never be back. Shame on you both.
