I told them that the next time I would make an effort to make sure the cat hair was not an issue. Today I took more shirts and one of them had a few cat hairs on it. I was told that this issue was discussed before and the cat hair was a problem. I gathered my shirts and told them that I would go somewhere else and I would also complain about their service. I have never had this issue with any cleaner prior to this time. I don't know what I was thinking trying to go there again. They are very unprofessional and you pay enough per shirt that they could take a lint roller and take the three cat hairs off.

Dry cleaning is decent but nothing above mediocre. The alterations are an absolute nightmare!! I cannot warn you enough to save yourself time and energy please don't use their services. Long story short- took two dresses to be altered. One needed the straps taken up and the other needed the hem taken up. When I dropped off I asked if it could be done by a specific time and they promised it would. Well what do you know, right as I am on my way to pick up they call and say they left the dress at "home". Seriously? I told them I needed it that day for a wedding. So I wait the extra couple of hours and go get my dresses. First dress that they took the straps off they totally butchered and made if WAY too short and it was not done as we measured, they also took a short cut and cut the straps instead of the normal tuck under so the dress is ruined. This beautiful dress can no longer be worn. Second dress, which cost me a lot to TAKE THE HEM up was a shotty job- rips frays and all. Take a look at the pictures and tell me you think this is a decent quality hem. Seriously cannot believe I trusted them with this simple job. I could have done a better job. Worse part of the whole experience was the owners nwphew who was the only one working told me there was nothing they can do. He didn't even look like he cared. It was unbelievable how bad the customer service was and how they didn't care. The owner didn't care either. Moral or the story is that dry cleaning here is a maybe at best but DO NOT have alteration done here unless you want your clothes butchered!

In a store that has had different cleaners housed there in the past, they do quality work. I am a repeat customer who takes my suits there on a regular basis. Recently, I had a seam separate on a suit jacket, and not wanting to throw it out, took it there with my fingers crossed. Their seamstress did an amazing job in repairing the seam so well that the repair is not noticeable. Plus, the repair only cost $10.00 and saved me the inconvenience of having to find a suit jacket that complemented the barely-worn suit pants. We also had a comforter cleaned there, and were impressed with the results. The gentleman at the counter is always nice and friendly, and is knowledgeable about the services that they offer. Now, would I ever bring an expensive rug there? Of course not! It's not a question of trust or competence. It's the same reason I wouldn't order fish at a steak restaurant. For expensive or heirloom carpets, take them to a business whose forte is cleaning said items; that's just common sense. Anyway, I would recommend this business and will continue my patronage of them.

A few days later I received a phone call from the store, they let me know that they wanted to send the out to their leather specialist in New Jersey. I think this just goes to show how trust worthy they are and how much they care about their work. My other items came back just as I asked for. Third time I go there. I've used them successfully for cleaning and alteration at this point. So I'm confident to bring in my high value items. Drop off clothes end of April. This is a load of designer stuff that needs alterations and then some of my regular cleaning. This includes an irreplaceable vintage Chanel blazer and other delightful goodies. The lady and her mom are talking about my clothes in their language almost the whole of my fitting. I take it as a compliment. My clothes are nice and I worked my azz off for them. I have a very curated closet. Get my ticket. Don't even look at it. On my merry way. Some work travel passes, I realize I've left my clothes almost a month. Go to pick my clothes up without my ticket. We have nothing. Says she doesn't remember me bringing this stuff in (it was her and one alteration was VERY specific so she's either lying or has zero memory). I'm on the verge of tears in disbelief. She's stone faced. I don't immediately leave and she's kind of like, what do you want me to do? She flips through one reel of clothes but how do you find a black jacket amongst a million black jackets? I leave stunned. Devastated. These clothes have importance to me. Go home. Find the tickets!
