My previous review was 5 stars and that was accurate. I had never experienced a problem with this business until recently. Problems happen and a business can be good with solving them. Michelle Cleaners is not. Here's what happened.
I brought in a bow tie a few weeks ago, have had it cleaned here before, no difficulties. They accepted the tie, meaning that they could get it done.
When I brought my cleaned garments home, I found that my tie had been swapped for a different one - battered, worn-out, not what I gave them to clean. I brought this tie in to show the business and was told that I am the only person who brings in bow ties for cleaning. Apparently not, as somebody else did.
I'm out a good $40.00 tie and when I gave the company the chance to make it right, they told me that it was my fault for bringing them the work. I was even charged to clean somebody else's tie. My good and expensive tie is gone and the company will not make this right, so my business is also gone. I won't be back. read more
