I was told they were "looking for them" and to give them a week, which we did. We returned to the business after a week (gave them a few extra days) and still nothing. The employee called the owner, and he apologized and said that "per policy" he would only reimburse us 5x the cost of the cleaning. Fine, can't argue that as it's policy DESPITE the cost of both items being 5x that amount. We took the money and tried to replace the items, and are ultimately successful - ended up spending more than the money we were given. 3.5 weeks pass and they call - they found my stuff. Amazing news, we thought - but NO. The owner refused to give us back our (uncleaned) clothing unless we returned the reimbursement. I said no, and he hung up on me. Later that day, I went to the store and tried to talk it out. (Side note: there is no written policy about if lost clothing is somehow found weeks later). We argued that we spent the money replacing the items that they admitted were lost; it's not like it was a day or so -- 4 weeks had passed! If they didn't agree that the items were lost, why reimburse us? If we were to return the $ to him, we would be out 2x - the original cost of the items, and the cost of replacing them. But the kicker is that he called the cops on us. I'm sure they had nothing better to do with their time, amiright? So: tl;dr: if you'd like to entrust your clothing to an unscrupulous, unpleasant man who runs a business where they lose your clothing and don't treat their customers with respect then ... by all means, bring your clothes here to be cleaned. I hope they don't lose them. Good luck.

From hemming pants and tailoring blouses to adjusting suits and dresses. From my items the workmanship is always clean, and professional. The turnaround time is always reasonable, and I appreciate how they take the time to understand exactly what I want before starting any adjustments. Even when I've had garments made from delicate or tricky fabrics. I may not have visited the main location myself, but knowing that my items are altered here gives me total confidence. Their skill and reliability deserve real recognition.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner…read more Before leaving two dresses that I needed for events on July 3 and July 4, I specifically asked whether they would be open on July 3 because I needed to pick them up that day. I was told my dresses would be ready after 12:00 p.m. on July 3 and that the store would likely be closing by 3:00 p.m., so I should come sometime after noon. When I arrived shortly before 12:00 p.m. on July 3, the store was completely closed. There was a sign on the door stating they would be closed that day. Unfortunately, a sign on the door did not help because I had already been told in person that the store would be open, and I had planned around that information. As a result, I was unable to wear either dress for the events I needed them for. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I calmly explained why I was frustrated. Instead of acknowledging that I had been given incorrect information, the owner told me they decided not to open because it was too hot to come in and that customers had been notified by placing a sign on the door. I explained that a sign on the door was not an adequate way to notify someone who had already been told to come between noon and 3:00 p.m. to pick up clothing needed for holiday events. I asked whether a discount could be offered because of the inconvenience, but she refused. When I said I would not be returning and would share my experience in a review, the owner responded that she "didn't want my business anyway" and then told me to leave the store. In my experience, the prices are higher than other local dry cleaners, and I have not found the quality of the cleaning to justify the cost. After this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have had much better service, pricing, and overall quality at Fairway Cleaners in Dresher. Mistakes happen, and I understand that plans can change. What was most disappointing was not the closure itself, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or customer service afterward. A sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome.

I had hopes this would be a reasonable spot, but I feel like I paid a premium essentially to have my shirts ironed with no attempt to clean.
