In a store that has had different cleaners housed there in the past, they do quality work. I am a repeat customer who takes my suits there on a regular basis. Recently, I had a seam separate on a suit jacket, and not wanting to throw it out, took it there with my fingers crossed. Their seamstress did an amazing job in repairing the seam so well that the repair is not noticeable. Plus, the repair only cost $10.00 and saved me the inconvenience of having to find a suit jacket that complemented the barely-worn suit pants. We also had a comforter cleaned there, and were impressed with the results. The gentleman at the counter is always nice and friendly, and is knowledgeable about the services that they offer. Now, would I ever bring an expensive rug there? Of course not! It's not a question of trust or competence. It's the same reason I wouldn't order fish at a steak restaurant. For expensive or heirloom carpets, take them to a business whose forte is cleaning said items; that's just common sense. Anyway, I would recommend this business and will continue my patronage of them.

Repeated visits and reminders didn't help but the veil was miraculously found when I filed a claim, expecting payment for the lost item. They didn't even offer a discount on the cleaning/preservation service, after it had been missing for months and took much of my time to track down. I really want this place to be good since it's the closest dry cleaner to me, but I've given them enough tries over the years and they haven't improved. I'm done with this place.

Sorting the hangers is a courtesy, not an obligation. As a customer, I do it begrugingly but it is NOT my job. We are not paid to their work. I suggest management have a talk with their help so they understand the relationship: we consumers/customers pay Parkway for a service. We assist them to be responsible in the community by bringing back plastic and hangers. It is not our job to sort them. That's a courtesy. Period.
