Today I took (3) khaki pants, (3) shirts and (1) sweater to be cleaned he told me it would be $75.00. i have never paid that much for (7) items to be cleaned that's like $11.00 an item. I said no way is that the correct price? I took my clothes and went to the cleaners in brookhaven the cost was $31.00. They are my go to Laundry place. Prices are on the expensive side but their service is amazing. I've gone here multiple times for my husband's shirts, our trousers, winter coats and getting a zip repaired. They've always given me same day clothes return as long as I drop my dry cleaning clothes by 10. Our clothes have had cash, insurance card, etc left in the pockets at times and these guys make sure they keep everything from the pockets in a separate bag clipped to the clothes so you can be sure you won't lose your stuff even because it was due to your own negligence. I took a shirt and pair of pants to Victory Cleaners in Aston for resewing. The hemming and inseam to my pants was coming undone and I am very pleased with the resewing performed. Thank you. I am very dissatisfied with the button resewing they did to my shirt. They used a completely different button. Is it not common knowledge that button-up shirts come with extra buttons for instances like this? This place must be ran by crazy liberal leftists because I guess using one of the extra buttons that comes with the shirt just makes too much sense. The work was not done right and I am disappointed. I came to get my prom dress hemmed and the cups replaced, and my very expensive prom dress, may I add, is now ruined. I had to pay $175 to get the top of my dress ruined and get rude remarks from the woman, Missy, working up front. I really like this place. They have same day service and they remember your name. Once they see your car they immediately know you and your clothes are ready by the time you are inside and ready to pay. I'll miss Victory cleaners as I have not found a comparable cleaners in the Irvine Ca area after four weeks of being here. Bonus when you come here is Visos Italian Bakery a couple of doors away. Very happy that I found Victory Cleaners to clean my wedding dress. I was so nervous handing such a precious item over to them but they did a wonderful job of restoring my dress to look just like new. The cost was significantly lower than what I thought it would be which was a big plus. And because I paid for the cleaning with cash, I got a 10% discount (not sure if this is for everything or just for wedding dresses though). 5 days after dropping the dress off, it was ready for pickup. As several months of reliable service, I was disappointed recently to find a dark side to Victory Cleaners. They returned one of my shirts with a very large, coffee-colored stain over most the back. The manager offered to re-wash it but couldn't imagine any other explanation for the stained shirt other than 'something you must have done.' He added insult to injury with the comment that many of my other shirts were 'greasy.' Later I called back to ask that I be reimbursed for the shirt, but the staff twice reported that they couldn't find the manager. read more

I absolutely love this cleaner. There is always someone to greet me as soon as I walk in with a smile and a big hello. They have a rhythm, and take care of your needs really quickly. They seem to do a lot of business but are always welcoming and the work is well done. My laundry comes back just right. Their hours are amazing. The prices are cheap. And I can't say enough about the women who run the front desk. Tips 10 dollar min on credit cards. There are drop off days that provide 10% off (sorry I don't remember which).
