The times that I have been waited on by her has always been very unpleasant. I have experienced her cutting me off mid conversation. She lacks the ability to communicate well when you ask her questions. She talks down to the other staff members w/ such a bad attitude and disregards to listening to them fully when they are interacting w/ each other or the customers. Today was the final straw. I requested to see my receipt for the charges and notice that 2 out of the 3 orders had been overcharged significantly. I called her out on it as I think that if you somehow you calculated $110 and she tells you that your bill comes to $134 you have a right to see the breakdown of the cost. She then tried to make an excuse as this was the computer but ironically she was putting all the cost in individually as I didn't need all the items at once. So I was trying to understand her excuse. Unfortunately I'm not the kind of customer that will take your word for any consumer without first seeing my receipt before before paying. Otherwise I'm not sure if there would have been a guarantee to refund my monies as with this particular cleaners you have to prepay first. I'm very disappointed in the interaction with this woman. It would have taken me 2 weeks to wash that many clothes. And it cost me under 50 bucks with tip. Make sure you give the lady at least 5-10 tip depending in how pounds you drop off and you get top notch service.

Washers range from 20 - 85 pounds. A couple of their dryers are the biggest I have ever seen at 83 pounds. Vending machine with a small assortment of laundry detergent/dryer sheets. Wifi is available & there's a decent amount of benches to sit on. Large parking lot & plenty of stores to shop around in while you wait. Definitely one of the best in the area!
