I walked over the wet floor the first time she went over it and I apologised because it was wet but I was finishing my stuff in the dryer. she continued to keep mopping the entire place and me and my boyfriend are still in there so once my stuff was done I double checked to make sure nothing was left behind and this miserable old brat tells me to stop walking around on the floor and I told her it's wet everywhere and she told me to just sit down and wait and I said I'm checking I have everything. first of all you're not even supposed to mop while people were in there. I've been coming to Quality Laundromat on and off for several years, mostly in the summer to wash bulky things like sheets and towels, basically to avoid heating up my place with the dryer. But today was disappointing. The washing machines were really dirty, lots of black mold, dust, and grime inside and around the buttons. Same with the dryers. I now wish I had taken pictures. I mentioned it to the staff member on duty, but she brushed it off with an excuse and didn't seem to care. Honestly, that's not okay. Customers deserve a clean space to do their laundry. A nice little laundromat set off from the street. I walked in and I was very worried because a lot of the laundromats now require credit cards where you have to pay for the card then put money on the card and if you live there it's a great idea, but if you don't you are for sure going to lose money. This place was not like that. I had to go to my bank grab some quarters I get back and it was easy. They have varying sizes of machines which is really great I use both small medium and large, all that laundry and drying it only cost me $20 and I did everything blankets sheets pillows because I've been traveling. It's a pretty nice place most of the people are Never spoke to me she just nodded her head when I asked her a question. Other than that everyone was really nice. read more

THEY GAVE MY CLOTHES TO THE WRONG PERSON. I dropped off 27 lbs of clothes. When I picked up my items I received 4 bags. Two of which were not mine and one with my clothes mixed in with someone else's. I returned the clothes immediately. The owner said they had to call all of their clients to see who had my items. Long story short I never received my clothes back. The owner refuses to do anything about the missing clothes and states I will have to take him to court. Unfortunately, this is during COVID so I am waiting for the courts to open. read more

I have been coming to Quality Laundromat for a year now. They are conveniently close by to my home and they do self laundry service and also drop off/pick up service as well. The prices are all reasonable& they have good machines that will clean the dirt off your clothes! The staff there are incredibly nice and will always greet you when you walk in. They also do a excellent job when it comes down to the pickup and drop off service. I usually drop off my clothes and wasn't expecting them to know to hang up my uniform piece (which was extremely helpful& nice of them to do.) I love coming here because you can either pay now or pay later option. The laundromat is clean, really spaced out, they even have a lounging area with free wifi if you plan on hanging around waiting for your clothes to be washed or dried. They also have televisions for your entertainment needs. Anyways, I have nothing bad to say here. OH! They have a lot of parking in their lot, so you'll never not find a space. read more

Dryer broke after coming back from a two week vacation. Called over to quality and she was able to take 3 bags of laundry on a holiday. Clothes were done on time. Folded and bagged neatly. They even returned some money I left in a pocket (don't worry, I tipped well) Would definitely use them again. read more

I've been coming here for two years and I have found no reason to go anywhere else. The various sized washers mean that you can do a family's worth or a single guy's weekly amount. The prices are more than fair and plenty of dryers available. The best part (apart from free Wi-Fi) is that the place is kept immaculate. read more
