This is the only place I will do my laundry from now on!! I found Boaz Laundry when I was looking for a Laundromat close to my gym - I wanted to kill two birds with one stone. A quick Google search showed that Boaz laundry was the closest, so I decided to try it out. My previous laundry experiences were less than stellar and in some shady neighborhoods, so I was ready for a change. This is the CLEANEST laundromat I have ever seen. Honestly. The floors, tables and machines are spotless. There are TONS of machines in different sizes to choose from and the prices were cheaper than what I had been paying. The savings add up! When I walked in, I think the person working there could tell it was my first time because she came up and introduced herself and let me know that she would be happy to show me how the machines work once I had my clothes in. That's when I noticed that they do not take quarters - instead, they use a laundry card. It looks exactly like a credit card and you can add as much or as little money to it as you want. Every staff member there is friendly and ready to strike up a conversation. They even recognize you once you've been there a few times. The location is great - in the same shopping center as a pizza shop, a grocery store, a CVS and a huge dollar store. On a nice day, they'll leave the doors open and you can feel the breeze through the entire store. They have 3 big screen TVs near the folding tables and they have been known to show "Two and a Half Men" and "Family Guy", two of my favorite shows! I despise laundromats. Unfortunately, I had to go to the laundromat today because my washer isn't working at home. I'm so glad that I came to this one. It has completely erased the stigma of laundromats that I initially had in my head. I came around 9am on a Sunday morning and there were probably around 7 other people here. There were plenty of machines open. What impressed me the most though was that this laundromat uses reloadable cards to operate their washers and dryers. It's so inconvenient to have to go get quarters before going to do laundry. So the cards were very helpful. The attendant that was there was very friendly and helpful. If anything ever happens to my washer again, this is definitely the laundromat that I will be coming to. read more

Not happy with wash and fold service. Sometimes clothes did not smell right and not folded right of way so some stuff would have a lot of wrinkles, but I let it slide. But clothes are keep getting damaged by high heat and they don't care. So we went with "Quality Laundromat" 517 Chester Pike Prospect Park, PA 19076 They are more expensive, about $1 per pound but never had problem with them yet. Clothes are package in separate small plastic bags, so small bag for socks, other for underwear and so on and all of that placed in big plastic bag. This place USED to be great. Now it sucks big time. The last time I was there about a month and a half ago almost half the heavy duty washers and half the dryers were out of order. The owner is great, very nice and helpful. There is one older woman that works there that is awful. I used to use them for drop-off wash & fold service all the time. Admittedly, I would drop a lot of laundry off, sometimes 70-75 lbs. worth. The owner never cared he would wash and fold and it was great. This older woman however, I guess she just didn't feel like washing whenever I would try to drop off my families laundry because she started telling me how it would be cheaper if I did it myself everytime I would drop-off, even though I never complained about the cost. The final straw was when she told me they weren't doing drop off anymore and that I could try another laundromat. I called the number posted in the laundromat and spoke to the manager and asked him if they were still doing drop-off service and he said yes. I told him what thus woman said and that she told me to go to another business. He told me when he would be working and said that I could drop off then, I dropped the laundry off and he said it would be ready the next day. I went to pick-up the next day and of course the ignorant woman was working she tried to tell me the laundromat was closed, I gave her the look of death and told her I was there to pick up, I guess she recognized my face because she let me right in and when and tried to be nice. Once I had my laundry I told her to tell her boss that I greatly appreciated hum taking care of my laundry when his employee wouldn't. I don't go there anymore but the ignorant woman was still working there the last time I was there. read more

I have been coming to this facility for a long time, and I do really like it. Unfortunately, they are almost never open on time. If you come early you will find yourself waiting outside for someone to open the facility, later than advertised. read more

Nice clean place to do laundry. They also have a cleaners onsite. I used them to have 2 sweaters and a pair of drapes cleaned. My items came back cleaned nicely and the pricing was fair. Will definitley use again. read more

Just came back from vacation with a TON of laundry. My wife and I decided to get it all done in one shot and not abuse our own machine. This is by far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been too. The machines are in great shape (no mold in the dispenser etc) I haven't been to one since college so I don't know if this place is expensive or not. What I can say is I spent $23 and 2 hours there. In that time, I was able to wash and dry approximately 10-12 loads of wash. Money and time well spent. read more

I've been to several laundromats in the area and by far, this is the nicer laundromat of all. The prices are resonable and the place is extremely clean. It's cool in the inside and not overcrowded like other places. This is my new place to do laundry. read more
