I needed amattress pad and light summer blankets to wash. The place was clean and occupied by Two owners.. But I have to deduct a couple stars because they have a bathroom here that has been non-functioning for sometime. When the average length of stay at the laundromat for washing and drying is about an hour and a half most Patrons sit in their car with coffee or a soda or even breakfast and lunch. So they should have a functioning bathroom!!!! And I have to wonder if it's truly out of order because where do the attendants go? One extra star for Covid response. This place is clean. They're in compliance with COVID regulations. Therefore, everyone wears a mask in here. The owners are very kind and hard working. Having a drop of service is convenient. This place is very modest. - worth noting: either use the bathroom before you go or buy food nearby to use a bathroom. This ones out of order. read more

Been coming here temporarily during a home remodel. Good place that's never very crowded. Owners are always working hard in there. People complain that some machines are out of order but I doubt they make much money to do repairs and there's always enough available machines anyway. read more

I've been going here to do my laundry for a few months. I live in the city and I have a washer and dryer in my building but it doesn't get clothes clean. So far, all my experiences here have been very positive. The owners appear to be a couple. She is very kind and always attentive to any challenges I may be having operating the machines. He has also been helpful to me. They both seem friendly and relaxed. The machines are always clean and most of them are working. The other people who come in seem okay, people just do their homework or sit in the car while they wait. Counters are clean, plenty of carts. read more

If I could give 0 starts, I would in a heartbeat! After the incident that just occurred only less than an hour ago, I will NEVER come back here! The convenience of it does not make it worth coming here any longer. In my precious review, I mentioned to not leave your laundry supplies here because people will steal them. Well, apparently you can't leave your laundry in the washer and leave the laundromat without it being taken either. My husband and I live just down the street, so when we do our laundry, we do not stay at the laundromat. When the time comes to switch it, we will walk back over and come back home. We have been doing this every single week for at least 2.5 years without ever having a problem. Today, there was a problem. My husband and I went there to grab our clothes from the dryer. Our clothes were not there. I repeat, OUR CLOTHES WERE NOT THERE. Ming, the only employee working, said that someone must have taken our clothes and will bring them back. First of all, how can you guarantee that someone will bring my clothes back? You can't, so obviously I'm going to need more assistance here. She did not give my husband and I any other option. She offered to call her boss AFTER I told her that I will be calling the police. I spoke with the boss shortly after. He told me that it was me and my husband's fault because we left our laundry there. He also said that someone will bring it back. He told me that nothing will be done about the situation if I call the cops anyway. I told him that I want something done about this and he needs to come to the laundromat immediately. He said 'Okay but nothing more can be done.' As you can imagine, I was absolutely livid at this point. Shortly after getting off the phone with her boss, someone comes in with a bag of laundry, asking if me and my husband lost our laundry. Ming then says 'I told you that it would come back. I know this man'. You know the man that took my laundry and you allowed it to happen?! That's reassuring. Then she says to me 'Nobody acts the way you do.' I then asked her how the hell she would react if her laundry was stolen? I then told her that I will never come back to her business, that she is completely rude and half of her washers and dryers don't even work most of the time. Alas, we finally have our laundry and we will never be going back there again. In all, YOU ARE WARNED. Apparently, people don't check the dryers first to make sure that the load is theirs before taking the clothes inside of them. Also, the employees and owners will not help you get your laundry back if and when someone does take your clothes. read more

I drop my wash off for the wash and fold service. Very reasonable prices and they finish my wash same day if I drop it off in the morning!

The dude that works here is super nice. Very helpful and attentive. The lady is not. If you have ever seen don't be a menace with the wayans bros, she is the convenience store clerk. She called me an asshole when I went to get change before going back to my apartment to get my comforter. Been up there a couple times week for the past month. Haven't seen her. In her defense I have pirated some quarters from them in the past, but I saw the light and I am a changed man. Or at least I was. This most recent experience has soured my taste to an otherwise adequate establishment to wash things that don't fit in a standard washer. I think I'm going to start paying neighbor hood kids to go up and change a dollar just to troll her. read more
