Parking: Their lot is kind of dark and the sign might be hard to miss, it's in the same strip mall as Primo Hoagies and Jing Fong, across from Pinocchio's Restaurant on Baltimore Pike. They do have some reserved spaces out front. I would use them again if in the area.

The times that I have been waited on by her has always been very unpleasant. I have experienced her cutting me off mid conversation. She lacks the ability to communicate well when you ask her questions. She talks down to the other staff members w/ such a bad attitude and disregards to listening to them fully when they are interacting w/ each other or the customers. Today was the final straw. I requested to see my receipt for the charges and notice that 2 out of the 3 orders had been overcharged significantly. I called her out on it as I think that if you somehow you calculated $110 and she tells you that your bill comes to $134 you have a right to see the breakdown of the cost. She then tried to make an excuse as this was the computer but ironically she was putting all the cost in individually as I didn't need all the items at once. So I was trying to understand her excuse. Our house has been using Parkway for years. I really resented the way I was treated! Hello all you consumers - PARKWAY recycles and reuses the wire hangers they give us and we return. Sorting the hangers is a courtesy, not an obligation. As a customer, I do it begrugingly but it is NOT my job. We are not paid to their work. I suggest management have a talk with their help so they understand the relationship: we consumers/customers pay Parkway for a service. We assist them to be responsible in the community by bringing back plastic and hangers. It is not our job to sort them. That's a courtesy. Period.
