Sorting the hangers is a courtesy, not an obligation. As a customer, I do it begrugingly but it is NOT my job. We are not paid to their work. I suggest management have a talk with their help so they understand the relationship: we consumers/customers pay Parkway for a service. I take responsibility for losing track of my golf shirt because I didn't verify it was part of the articles of clothing I was having dry-cleaned before I left. On the other hand for my pants they admitted they gave them to another customer by mistake and are waiting for the other customer to return them (I've been waiting two weeks and nothing). If they don't get them back they said they can give me a store credit. This is not acceptable to me because the pants are not being made anymore and so are incredibly hard to find. Unprofessional.
