I'm not sure if I caught them on a busy or off day but if you're searching for great customer service skills, this isn't your spot. They're very dry and direct. Which can come off as rude. Especially to someone who's never used the service and just wanted to learn what's expected during drop off and pick up. It was as if I was supposed to know what info they needed and how they needed me to say it. And when I didn't say how or what they wanted, they cocked an attitude. Overall, they cleaned the blanket perfectly and got the smell out which is why I gave them 5/5 stars. I would definitely use them again and even recommend them to others, but just caution people to not have high expectations regarding the customer service part of it.

Gave them my number but didn't get a call and sure enough when I stopped by they were ready in two days. The hem was higher up than I would expect for pants but not really a problem. One is a pair of chinos where the color matching was pretty close. The other is a pair of black jeans made of a durable canvas. Solid work and they also ironed my pants which I appreciate.
